I’m a senior marketing manager at Amplus Solar, a renewable energy company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Cheenti?
We decided to expand our business into the digital segment and offer services to individual homeowners. We wanted to grow our brand visibility in the digital space to generate more sales.

What was the scope of their involvement?
We brought in Cheenti to do the entire digital marketing for us, including SEO and PPC campaigns. They provided monthly reviews about what they did, and they created content for our blog.
The first phase of their involvement was around SEO, where we started defining 40 keywords. The second phase was creating a monthly plan for the digital content, and the third phase was focused on social media growth, which has been continuous.
Currently, Cheenti continues to do 60% of the work, and the rest is done in-house — it has been a collaborative effort.
What is the team composition?
I mostly interact with an account manager, an SEO person, and someone for social media marketing. However, I’ve worked with around 8–10 people from Cheenti in total.

I did some research and found different vendors. I took quotations from all of them, and Cheenti was the most affordable company. However, what we liked the most about them was their way of working; they were flexible.

Around 25–30 of the keywords that we’ve used are ranking us on page one of Google searches. Additionally, there has been an increase in our followers' base and overall engagement on our social media accounts. Now, about 70% of our lead generation happens through digital channels.

Cheenti’s project management has been a smooth journey. We had a few issues and resource changes in the beginning, but the rest of the project has been delivered on time. We communicate via Excel, emails, and personal meetings, and their team is quick to respond.

Cheenti is very flexible and accommodating. They deliver what we ask them, and they’re very easy to work with. In addition, their turnaround time has been good.
Are there any areas they could improve?
It would be great if Cheenti could improve the handovers; the transition could be smoother. They could also be more proactive on the strategy. However, they’ve definitely improved their creativity and content creation capabilities after working with them over the years.

I’m the digital marketing manager for Dr. Willmar Schwabe India Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of Dr. Willmar Schwabe GmbH & Co. KG, one of the world’s largest homeopathic and natural medicine manufacturers from Germany.
Dr. Willmar Schwabe India was incorporated in 1994 and started production in 1997 to provide high-quality homeopathic medicine at affordable Indian costs. We have a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant, which is the only one of its kind in our country. Our company provides high-level training to their employees in the original German homeopathic formulations while respecting the local legal framework.

What challenge were you trying to address with Cheenti?
We were not on social media nor had any digital presence, and we wanted to raise awareness about homeopathic medicine and its benefits. We had to build a strong brand image and a solid digital presence in the minds of the end-users to position Dr. Willmar Schwabe India as the most preferred brand in the category of homeopathic products.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
We’ve been working with Cheenti for the last six years, and they’ve played a very significant role in scaling up our e-commerce platform. They have an expert team in SEO, social media, and PPC. Additionally, their client servicing level is very high, ensuring that our ROI is met through structuring campaigns and digital activities in a 360-degree approach.
Our major challenge was to improve the organic traffic and ranking, as well as increase our online sales. Cheenti has helped us with SEO, social media optimization (SMO), PPC campaigns, Google Ads, email marketing, SMS marketing, and application development.
We’ve also assigned them to take care of the branding for our digital marketing activities and website development, and we’ve worked very closely on keyword research. They’ve undertaken all digital marketing activities, and they use multiple tools like SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Analytics for this purpose.
When it came to promoting our products on Google Ads, we had Google policy violations, and our products weren't approved in the merchant center. Cheenti made the necessary changes to get our products approved.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We have seen good results by engaging with Cheenti. The overall page impressions have increased by 1,400%. In 2016, we had 1,000–2,000 views per day, and now we are getting 20,000–40,000 views per day. Our website’s monthly overall traffic has increased by 1,128%, our monthly organic traffic has increased by 1,230%, and our monthly revenue has increased by 1,051%.
Additionally, our followers’ count has increased by 210% on Facebook. In 2016, we had 30,000 followers, and now we have 93,000. We don’t have any data on Twitter from 2016, but our audience has grown by 3,900% — the same goes for Instagram and YouTube; our subscriber base has increased tremendously.
Cheenti has been instrumental in providing us with very creative content, which gets us good engagement on the posts. They also worked hard as a team on the Google Ads disapprovals to ensure that all of our campaigns were running and we were getting the most ROI.
How did Cheenti perform from a project management standpoint?
In terms of meeting deadlines, Cheenti offers timely deliveries. They’re supportive, and their work is well coordinated. They’re capable of resolving technical issues on the website and willing to assist in marketing-related activities.
Their team offers 360-degree coverage for SEO, SMO, PPC, website development, app development, and management, and the service and dedication towards their clients are great. Additionally, their account managers respond very quickly — they do a great job, and I’m quite happy and satisfied with them.
