Please describe your company and your position there.

Capital MI LTD- Bulgarian Start up developing international gaming applications - kids preschool educational platform . At the time I was hired as Marketing manager.

For what projects/services did your company hire Chase a cloud?

Chase a cloud were hired to develop video content used as generating awareness tool supporting us to develop loved kids brand reaching the success of Tom&Jerry Brand. Create multichannel engagement with the brand by using variety of multichannel touch points.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I was familiar with the company and their successful projects - Rescue Hero & National Geographic projects etc.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We had a kick off meeting where we discussed and finalized project objective, target audinec, channels and formats of production. We were in a hurry, deadlines were pressuring us since we were about to use this video content as communication for our new app release coming up at the end of June 2021.

We worked directly with content and creative team leads.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The content produced deviled best in time result since the launch of the app in terms of organic traffic, conversions and sales.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I consider the workflow as extremely efficient. Thanks to Chase a cloud cooperation and involvement we managed to launch a video content communication campaign on time despite to challenging lead-time of the project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was very impressed with their team's creativity and innovative spark. Combined with speed and quality of execution they manage to develop insight-driven relevant content.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

In this specific case, we had flawless execution. Chase a cloud team had supported us in every step of it.
