How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

They showed us their work and they put in a lot of effort in understanding what we want and why we want it.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

After a free consultation, they proceeded to send a summary of what we discussed and prepared notes and questions for further discussions. After capturing our vision and requirements, they created an initial design that we revised and finalized.

They demoed the wireframe using Adobe XD and after approval began development. They continuously give us updates throughout the development process and upon completion will allow for revision and fixes prior to publishing. Technologies used are Next.JS as they said it optimizes for SEO.

I worked with Jaad Chacra He is a managing partner and software engineer.

They delivered above expectations in terms of quality and communication. All deliverables were on time.

They have an organized and easy going management style that is open to feedback and input. We communicated by phone calls and Microsoft Teams as that is most convenient for us.

Their ability to listen and give good and relevant ideas effectively.

Primehop is an LA-based startup operating within the nightlife industry. At Primehop, our mission is simple, we want to bring the blueprint of our digital era to the much-outdated nightlife experience. The nightlife industry lacks modernity, transparency, and efficiency.

We at Primehop aim to solve these issues on the consumer and the business side through a multi-sided Platform. We make it possible for users to discover their cities'​ nightlife, create their own events, and unlock members-only exclusive rewards.

On the other end of the spectrum, we make it possible for businesses to better promote their venues, reach a wider targeted audience and learn from valuable data. Primehop regularly hosts company-sponsored events at top locations in Los Angeles. We value our customers greatly and never fail to host incredible nights full of excitement, fun, and memories. I am the CTO and co-founder of this company.

Our team consists of highly dedicated software engineers and designers with a strong focus on user satisfaction. We go above and beyond to guarantee that our users experience a seamless interaction with our app, especially as we gain traction and scale and grow. To help achieve that goal, we were looking for a software consultancy firm that can give us a second opinion about our software's design and structure.

So, we decided to approach Chacra Software Solutions for a technical and design consultation. Our goals were to refine our approach with scaling and code architecture as well as optimize our UI/UX for customer satisfaction.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were looking for a technical consultancy firm that could complement our skillset, had proven experience, and had great communication skills. After doing the free initial consultation with Chacra Software Solutions, we were convinced that we wanted to continue working with them as they fit and exceeded our requirements.

Chacra Software Solutions’ approach to the project was meticulous, professional, transparent, and extremely organized. They started by understanding our project scope and analyzing our requirements. After that, they recommended approaches for employee screening and review, code architecture review, and UI/UX feedback. Technologies used were: Firebase, Swift, JavaScript, AWS, Adobe Illustrator.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with Jaad for everything UI and front-end related, and with Iskandar for everything API and back-end related. They are both senior software engineers and the co-owners of Chacra Software Solutions.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

With Iskandar and Jaad’s help, we were able to organize ourselves in a much more efficient way and put in place a solid workflow.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They had great communication and discussed their opinions in detail from different perspectives which helped everyone to be on the same page. They were very open to feedback which made our back and forth exchanges more valuable. We communicated using Slack and Skype. They were flexible with communicating during daytime and nighttime which helped a lot given our unpredictable schedules.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their commitment, communication, transparency, passion, organization, and overall professionalism. They truly went above and beyond to exceed our expectations.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

To be very honest, they exceeded our expectations and they have no areas of improvement as far as I am concerned. I would highly recommend them for anyone needing technical consulting or a software solution.
