Once we are done with the selection process of the Recruiters team. We gave CFT the details about the clients and the services they offer. This gave them an insight into the kind of resources we are looking for. We also gave a short knowledge transfer session to the recruiters about the technologies we worked on.

What was the team composition?

Initially, we hired 2 recruiters and once we are satisfied with the performance we hired one more recruiter to support our high volume account. Apart from that they also help us with an Account manager to manage the engagement.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The team is really qualified and efficient and it helps us to generate a healthy pipeline of qualified resources and our revenue increased from the first three months of engagement.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had regular standup calls with the team and they reported progress on each requirement on a regular basis. We were very happy with the overall team performance.

We have a team of in-house recruiters. We had other clients so we thought we could add some more remote recruiters. We were looking for a reliable company that could help us with offshore recruitment.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We hired one of their remote recruiters who served as an extension of our team. We would provide them with the required positions, whether it was a Salesforce, DevOps, or Cloud engineer. The team would work on different job portals, such as Dice, Monster, or CareerBuilder. Afterward, they would send us solid candidates who we would then forward to our clients. 

What is the team composition?

We work with two teammates, including an account manager. 

How did you come to work with CFT Consulting?

I found them while searching online. 

How much have you invested with them?

We spend about $40,000–$50,000 in a year.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working with them for about a year now, since July 2019, and our engagement is ongoing. We’re going to add more people from their team.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They’ve been very helpful. So far, they’ve been the best RPO service provider we’ve worked with. Because of them, I’ve been able to grow. 

How did CFT Consulting perform from a project management standpoint?

CFT Consulting is well-organized. In terms of requirement gathering, they are very particular. They always try to coordinate over the phone or through Microsoft Teams.

They follow our methods of work, so the relationship is going well. CFT Consulting charges you for one person but there’s always an account manager who is monitoring and is available according to the EST timezone.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their quality makes them stand out. I don’t feel like they’re an extended team; I feel like I’m working with my own team. CFT Consulting works very closely with us and puts 100% effort in order to achieve their targets. They’ve always met their targets.

No, I have no suggestions.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

If you provide them with accurate requirements and flow of work, they will follow them. If you give them the right tools and are upfront with your requirements, CFT Consulting will outperform.
