I'm the business owner of a Hong Kongese Firm within Pharmaceutical a business with International clients.

For what projects/services did your company hire CCJK Technology Co.,LTD, and what were your goals?

We were preparing a Spanish version of our website and we've received an email from this "so-called" translation firm from China. Our goals was to have a cost-efficient translate, but with CCJK never happened.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We received several emails and negotiated the fee with them, we asked for DEMO and the quality never match.

Describe the project in detail and walk through their service package, including any document/file sharing tools used.

We've asked them to translate 5 pages into Spanish it was about Medical and other technical terminology as well as data charts.

What was their cost structure like?

They set their cost by total word count and the complexity, unfortunately their pricing is way too expensive for China, but they've assured us for a competitive fee, and we've accepted the discounted fee.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We received their translation and the quality was very low and amateurish and they didn't accept criticism.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Unfortunately this vendor didn't accept any criticism. They were claimed to be ISO 9001 (which after inquiry turned out to be fake) and according to ISO they should accept client complaint instead of forcing a unsatisfied client to pay or sending threatening messages!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They should learn to accept criticism and when you guarantee a quality work, it should follow the guidelines, unfortunately your staff unprofessionalism behavior by disclosing client names in public social medias are not acceptable.
