The deliverables are the monthly new contacts acquired by these channels there have been consistently growing. We have set different campaigns for each service we offer.

We've been increasing our leads annually, and optimizing the campaigns to decrease cost. So in the past year we could reach a higher audience, even with a lower investment on ads spend.

Cato Marketing’s project management is great. Whenever I send them an email, I get a response within minutes, which has been unexpected. Every meeting, they share slides with our metrics and statistics. We use Google Meet for those meetings and email to communicate.

Cato Marketing is very honest about what is possible for them and what isn’t. I definitely feel that they don’t do it just for the money, which is very important to me.

I wish things could move faster, but I realize that there is a lot involved in the process and that I don’t understand it well enough to say they’re doing anything wrong.

Although we haven’t been with them for long, I’ve seen an increase in our sales. Our metrics keep increasing as time passes.

If any issues come up with an ad, their team’s on top of them. They tell us when an ad isn't performing well and suggest a new direction, providing us with a timeline for its launch. I really appreciate that.

We communicate through numerous channels. We have ongoing emails and every two weeks, I have a video call with both team members. They do a great job of coming back with results every week.
