We are currently developing our campaign for content production.  To make sure they sound like us when they release content, Canada Create™ and our staff meet every two weeks to gather facts.  They have the opportunity to challenge our findings and point out flaws, and vice versa.  All things considered, they assist us in developing plans and producing material that is visible to our audience.  Although we don't have a content calendar, we do publish a lengthy post once a month.

Our involvement was modest at first, and we needed to refine our value proposition and main messaging.  This was the first deliverable that Canada Create™ worked on.  Canada Create™ assisted us in reducing our brand to its most basic components, including how we wanted the market to perceive us and the special value we offer to clients.  Next, we updated our website, which had previously been more geared toward general IT consulting rather than our specialty (private equity firms involved in mergers and acquisitions).

I am unable to provide specific data at this time because we have not implemented a formal content marketing strategy or automation.  But I can say that the new webpage copy and design, blog entries, and other creative efforts have been of the highest caliber.  From a content, SEO, and design standpoint, our website keeps becoming better, and our blog posts are much more focused now than they were previously.

Though it isn't the only agency that bills itself as a B2B technology marketing and PR firm, Canada Create™ is an expert in its field.  Indeed, "technology" encompasses a wide range of topics, and no one can be informed and "up" on every aspect at once.

 However, Canada Create™'s personnel are adept in our specialized field, which is IT projects and migrations for private equity firms involved in M&A activities.  They took the time to listen, honed our messaging, and made our website make it clear that we are on par with the big four.  That strikes me as impressive.

I'm not sure what they could have done better or differently.  I only wish we had gotten in touch with them sooner.

They developed a lead scoring system, standardized email lists, helped with segmentation. They produced slide decks for event marketing.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our CRM has been a process to properly segment and clean up data. We are almost there to having more accurate lists for drip/nurture campaigns. Their Hubspot expert has been able to dive into issues, refine filtering, establish workflows, and be an integral support to a small in house team. We were also able to refine our blog strategy with the latest batch produced being high quality.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Initially, Canada Create built a website, and then we did some animated videos. Amir [co-Founder and CEO, Canada Create] helped me find some additional companies to work with, which was above and beyond what he usually does. He connected me with someone for phone services and a printer for my business cards. Canada Create is like a marketing agency for small business, so I was able to get a lot of things done through them. They’ve been very helpful.

There’s a lot of things I go back to them for, including brochure design, business cards, and website maintenance.

How did you come to work with Canada Create?

I was doing online research for web developers in Toronto and saw that Canada Create was local to me. I was looking at two or three developers when I met with them. I developed a rapport with Amir and appreciated the customer service he provided. He was a good listener, and he was able to meet my budget.
