I’m the marketing director for Ramji Law Group.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Caliber Legal?
We wanted to organically increase our Google presence, revamp our website, and get a brand-new aesthetic look for everything, including our content and pictures.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
First, we flew out to Michigan and had a two-day meeting with Caliber Legal. We agreed upon our package, and they got started on it right away. It took them less than six weeks to build our website.
Caliber Legal developed the site from scratch on WordPress, and everything was optimized for SEO. Also, they tied the website to their domain, which is hosted on GoDaddy.
What is the team composition?
We’ve worked with three people from their team, including the owner and a web developer.
How did you come to work with Caliber Legal?
Another law firm recommended them to us. They gave us their phone number, so we reached out. We had a 20-minute phone call, and I was blown away. I had knowledge in this field, but they knew exactly what they were talking about. Then, I introduced them to the owner of our firm, and he was on board.
How much have you invested in them?
So far, we’ve spent about $11,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in July 2021, and our relationship is ongoing.

Our website isn’t completely live yet.
How did Caliber Legal perform from a project management standpoint?
It’s been so easy to deal with them. We communicate through text, phone calls, and email. They’ve given us their personal numbers so we don’t have to wait to be transferred to someone. I have them locked into my phone, and they always answer. I don’t even have to schedule a time to talk to them.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They specifically focus on legal marketing. They don’t work for a bakery and then try to do the same type of work for a law firm. Whenever you specialize in dealing with the legal field, you know the different types of content or how the aesthetic or visuals should be. Caliber Legal is great in their field, and we’re happy with them.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Not really; they’re doing a good job.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Whether you need something done from scratch or touch-ups, I 100% recommend them if you’re a boutique law firm or a big bad wolf in the law game that’s been around for years.
