We are involved in a wide range of business in the three fields of Healthcare, Materials and Imaging through leveraging the expertise we have cultivated in photographic film.

We aim to provide valuable products and services, and help to enhance the quality of life of people, as well as progress for society. I work in the organization as Business Development Manager.

For what projects/services did your company hire Caldera Films, and what were your goals?

We hired Caldera Film for the production of a corporate video and, for the video and photographic shots during an important event for us, the launching/opening of our Latin America Headquarters.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We selected this vendor after several interviews with multiple vendors. Caldera Films was chosen due to their high commitment to the work, flexibility, best production tools (cameras, lens, light, etc), production skill, quality, experience in similar jobs and customer's size, and the best proposal.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.

We started presenting what is our company, our products, and the purpose of the video we are looking for. Then, Caldera took some pictures of the venue, asked the names of each product and main features, and spoke with his team to later on, we discuss the potential script for the movie. Once decided it, he makes the pre-selection of the actors and sends for our decision.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

I worked directly with Enrique Caldera. His feedback was very fast or when it was not possible, he gave me a tentative day when can I expect to have it.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The video Caldera made about our Latin America Headquarters is helping us to demonstrate to our clients, the venue and the comprehensive healthcare portfolio we have dedicated to them.

In terms of project management, Caldera was very precise on timeliness and very active in reply us, even on weekends, by email or text.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Caldera is unique in many aspects! The company's owner was directly involved in every detail, ensuring quality of the projects and meeting the client's expectations. They're extremely punctual, they were ready and waiting outside our office every time 30 minutes before our appointment.

Who else do that? In the project managment, they deliver feature or service higher than we expected or, had agreed to. For example, We negotiated a service of 3 hours, they stayed 5 hours, we request some actors for performance as doctors and nurses, they introduced us to actors that are really nurses and biomedical doctors elevated the performance of the video due to their experience in handling medical devices.

They deeply researched our brand and business to understand our needs and create the video script quickly and with high quality.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing because they were just perfect!

I’m a branch manager for a real estate company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Caldera Films?

We needed to create a video for our landing page.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We had an initial conversation with Caldera Films and met once we were clear on what we were trying to accomplish and sell. They gave us a questionnaire in an interview-style meeting to figure out what we would talk about in the video. 

After that, Caldera Films created the script. We knew what we wanted to say but didn’t know how to do it, and they gave the video structure with their script. 

Caldera Films booked the location. We scheduled the shooting day, and they had everything set up when we arrived and provided all the necessary equipment. For the postproduction, they showed us a couple of edits, and we asked them to add some animated graphics and voiceovers.

We mainly worked with Enrique (CEO), who had a filming crew helping with the production.

A colleague recommended Caldera Films to me.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent $8,500 with Caldera Films.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with Caldera Films in December 2022. The whole project was two weeks long.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The video was uploaded to our website, and it has many views. Our teammates and customers were impressed, and we received positive feedback. Overall, we were happy with the result; the video came across really well and conveyed our desired message. We had an amazing experience working with Caldera Films.

How did Caldera Films perform from a project management standpoint?

Caldera Films was excellent at communicating and understanding what we were selling. We had Zoom meetings and phone calls and used Frame.io to share the video edits.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Caldera Films is very good at video production. We were looking for a high-quality video, and they delivered it. They have a specialized team, and we’d definitely work with them again for future projects. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything for Caldera Films to improve.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I recommend giving Caldera Films an opportunity because they can handle your complete video production, and you won’t need any other vendor.

The best and most experienced photographers know that the success of portrait photography is down to teamwork. Some times we struggle with being creative and coming up with unique ideas on our own. But having the opportunity to work with someone such as the Caldera Films team to help come up with new ideas pushes you to think outside the box.

So much of the success of portrait photography lies in the expression or body language of the subject. Photographers seem to think that they are responsible for everything – light, composition, mood – which to a large extent they are.

They are a professional team, and the project director Enrique's execution ability is very good, and the communication process is very perfect, And Laura from their team is also very professional on the projects we are in charge of!

As we shared ideas and discussed the shoot it became clear that we were all on the same page.

Our company will communicate clearly before executing any project and starting the project. If there is any immediate problem during the project execution, their team will immediately notify us and solve it, they asked for our feedback and implemented it quickly. They finished the work in our expected timeline, too.

Their commitment to learning about our business and doing the necessary research at the start was impressive. It felt like they truly cared about our needs and wanted to help us reach our goals. Also, their creativity was remarkable.

Any unsmooth issues will be resolved immediately, this is the process we think is done well

For what projects/services did your company hire Caldera Films, and what were your goals?

We needed to rebrand the company and target a younger demographic for our apparel accessories products and needed a high-quality video content producer to produce video content on an ongoing basis.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We looked at several video content producers and the group Caldera Films videos rose above the rest when it came to conveying the brand's message and image in a clear, concise, and creative way.

We worked jointly on the objectives, vision, script for the video. We then selected locations and models that fit with the objectives and vision. From there Caldera Flims took the ball and delivered the content. After a couple of small edits, we were ready to publish.

I primarily worked directly with Enrique. The communication and feedback was prompt and detailed.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

This is an ongoing project for the past couple of years. It continues to work well and we will continue to use Caldera Films going forward.

We communicated by phone through email and content delivery is delivered through a shared cloud storage drive on either DropBox or Goode Drive.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Caldera Films turns around the video content very quickly without sacrificing quality in the process.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I would have liked to attend some of the video | photo shoots in person but with Covid and schedule conflicts that wasn't possible.

I worked as Media Production Manager. My position was responsible for managing the creation of video and photo for multiple consumer products that would be sold on our Amazon pages/brands.

For what projects/services did your company hire Caldera Films, and what were your goals?

We hired Enrique and Caldera Films for all of our video and photography needs. They produced video and photo for each product and project, including white background photos, renders, how to videos, lifestyle videos and photos.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Caldera was already a partner with Aborder when I joined the company. However, after working with Enrique for the first month, I recommended that we extended our contract with him after we saw success.

Enrique was responsible for everything from pre-production to post production, budgeting his team, casting the appropriate talent, booking the locations that were needed, ensuring that the product looked great and worked great.

I worked with Enrique as well as 2 others on his team.

Enrique's team was great with their communication. They always said yes to our requests.
