We wanted to increase brand awareness and make our customers feel more connected to the cycle. First Caffeine studio asked a lot of questions about our business and goals, then they helped us in identifying our target customers. Then they conducted user interviews to understand our user's problems and goals. Finally, they proposed a solution designed wireframes and the prototype.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There were 3 resources, one senior UX researcher, one senior UI designer and a junior designer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We conducted prototype user testing with the help of CaffeineUX in which we found that our users really liked the solution that we designed. Also, the PRD provided by CaffeineUX helped our developer to get speed up the product and reduce our development time.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Throughout the project, the communication from their end was very clear. Whatever timeline was provided by them was met 100%, and it never felt overwhelming due to a single point of contact from them. I would say, I'm really impressed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Apart from their research and design skills, what really impressed me was their knowledge about solving for business with UX and their commitment to really dig deeper into understanding our and our user's needs and our challenges.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I was delivered more than I expected, so can't really say what they could have done better.

I am the CEO of UFF Foods Pvt Ltd headquartered at Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. We are working on introducing unique solutions to eliminate the adjustment done with food during travel by a domestic Indian traveller in India, simultaneously organizing the restaurant industry through our products and services.

We hired them for designing our UI/UX Design for our hotel guest interaction management tool since we were not able to communicate the design in words and the developers were facing issues developing it. They took it and completed the project in due time with more than what was asked for including all project requirements in due time.

We found them via our network and got connected from a fellow workmate.

They started the project by taking our inputs to understand the project and met us online multiple times so that they have a clear understanding of our goals and project requirements. Once done, they started by going through the complete customer cycle and made a proper list of features that we were looking for and prioritized them for our use case and then started working on it one by one.

Two members of their team worked continuously with us, they were at the positions of project manager and UI/UX Designer.

As of now the project is still under development with their team, we have had a very good experience with them as shared here for others to refer and take advantage of their team by working with them.

It was a very effective workflow as they never made us feel uncomfortable and always took care that the project didn't get delayed from their end.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The unique thing about them is their workflow and work ethic. Having worked with multiple teams, their team left a mark in every interaction we had, ensuring our complete satisfaction of work at all interactions at different stages of the project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

To be frank, they are the most professional set of individuals and are close to perfect in all things that they commit and do.

We have some design in our mind and we were looking for a person to draw that design which is exactly in out mind and he did the same job.

We searched here & their and we found reference from one of our previous client, and finally we reached to Vaibhav & Team.

Their team conducted intensive research, gathering industry reviews, user feedback, and relevant information on our competitors. From there, they broke down the areas our mobile app could be more intuitive and user friendly. They also worked to streamline the user journey. Within a week, they produced a prototype and began the testing phase. They produced iterations, incoporating both our feedback and the findings into the final version.

My team worked directly with their UX/UI designers and a project manager.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We're pleased with the deliverables from their team. The UX/UI serves as the foundation for the app we're now working to develop in-house. We've tested it with several potential customers, and the feedback has been positive. Their work also perfectly reflects the vision we had at the start. They helped us create a user-friendly and easy-to-navigate mobile app.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The project manager was easy to communicate with and provided us frequent updates. We had both in-person meetings and phone calls, but most of the feedback was through email. Everything was delivered on time and we received ample warning if a deadline wasn't going to be met.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their UX/UI skills blew me away. They knew about everything from in-depth research to perfect execution. They were also patient and willing to walk us through their process while we learned.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not as such, all looks good to us even stockholders liked each and every stuff.
