PrimeAsia Leather specializes in the manufacturing of sustainable lifestyle quality leathers for the global branded market. The company operates in both China and Vietnam with offices all throughout the world.

For what projects/services did your company hire CADIIS Web Design (Taiwan), and what were your goals?

Cadiis was first hired to redesign our corporate website from scratch. After spending months designing and developing the website, the results that they delivered were excellent and in-line with our vision; a clean, modern and intuitive website. After this project, we decided to work with Cadiis on a separate project focusing on Virtual Reality. We hired a separate firm for the media production but Cadiis was involved at every step of the way, facilitating the creation and design of our new VR platform.

From recommendations and the quality of work that they provide.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked directly with Eric Wang who was the project manager for both projects. Other people from Eric's team were involved but all communications were through Eric, which made the whole process much easier.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

They did an excellent job integrating this new platform directly into our corporate website, giving our customers and stakeholders with the ability to visit our operations without having to physically be there. They always delivered on-time and stayed within budget. They did an excellent job communicating and making sure that we were happy with the results and turn-around time.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.

We met on a weekly basis to ensure that the projects was moving along. If any issues came up, those would be discuss and addressed immediately by Eric and his team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

In addition to the outstanding quality of work that they provide, this is a company that cares about its customers. Their communication is excellent and they'll work with you to make sure that the end results exceed your expectations.

My company name is Goodsky Electric. I worked there as Regional Sales Manager.

For what projects/services did your company hire CADIIS Web Design (Taiwan), and what were your goals?

During that time, my company needs website makeover and create a brand new website. The website needs to be professional and user friendly. That is why we hired CADIIS for this project.

How did you select CADIIS Web Design (Taiwan) and what were the deciding factors?

We had chosen few candidates for this project. Ultimately, the decision was made based on their project presentation, past work showcase, reasonable price (but not cheapest), and great customer service response time.

Also, their network of other professions such as product photo shooting & factory photo shooting. You can basically contact them and they will try their best to fulfill your needs and requirements.

Project Steps: Goal Communication on what we want to achieve, they will do presentation on what they will do, provide pricing, execution, communication along the way to check if minor changes are needed, deliver final project, check if there is any bugs, close case.

We asked them to make RWD website. It is technologies we asked.

I mainly worked with project manager only to simplify communication.

I am very satisfied their work and will definitely go to them if I have next project.

We used Skype to do daily communication. Communication process has been excellent, I cannot ask for more. They will update project status every other week. I am happy with that.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Professionalism and ability to find solution for our needs. Communication is very smooth and on time. Work delivered on schedule.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not many. I am happy with this project. I will not change anything when it already ran smoothly.

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am a specialist in clinical trial center of china medical university hospital, Taiwan(CMUH). CMUH is well staffed and well equipped for conducting clinical trials and studies and translational research. 

For what projects/services did your company hire Cadiis Inc.?

Our website was based on "google site", which was free but not that fit our purpose. We want to create a more attractive, friendly and safety platform to the researchers. So, it’s time to make some changes!

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to create a registration system for all the activities which above training program, course, workshop and symposium.

Additionally, because of the COVID-19 pandemic, to develop the online training platform was also the other goal. And finally, a simple and user friendly platform is for sure.

How did you select Cadiis Inc.?

We searched online for the website design in Taiwan and choose 3 candidates to contact. We had met with each of them.

The reason what we choose Cadiis Inc. based on the contact person who was understanding and communicative. Besides, their price point was very fair to us.

Describe the project in detail.

After few meetings and discussions with Cadiis, we were agreed about the project contract. The first 3 months, we contact closely about the website, process and system design. After that, Cadiis came back to us with homepages, registration system, online training system, top news, Q&A pages, contact us form, survey form…etc in 2 months. Then we started to make lots of test with the website. Finally, our website was official online on June 2020.

What was the team composition?

Eric was the only person we contact in this project. However, obviously it could tell there was some engineers working behind.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Actually, the certificates of our training (in person or online) used to cost a lot of time in process. The new training system improved the efficiency of issuing the training certificates which was definitely helpful.

And we got some feedback from the users, e.g., the new registration system make everything easier, simpler, and faster at customer personalization.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Eric was very easy to communicate with, which allowed our imagination and goal to match up. At the startup stage, Eric conducted a gantt chart of the project timeline.

And during the project, we had have numerous discussions with skype, line and google meet. In the end, we were impressed by the achievement before deadline.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

As the main contact point in this project, Eric was really thoughtful. Sometimes we had updated items or needs which were not include in the contract, they usually keep the flexible area, which is the most different with others company. Cadiis will be the first choose for any needs on our website needs in the future.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We were satisfied about our cooperation in this project. If we had have to find some area to improve, the beauty of the design may be the one.

I am the Marketing PM in Leadtrend. Leadtrend is a analog IC design house.

Our website was created over 5 years and had become outdated. Our IT team had limited design skills, so we hired CASIIS to provide the site design for us.

We choose CADIIS because of their competitive price.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

After a series of meeting to discuss, we decided the preliminary format. For about 2 months of modification, our website is about completed. In the following several months, they started the process of data uploading and on-line testing.

We worked with 3 people including a project manager and 2 designers.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Not yet. Our website is going to work in mid May. We are looking forward the outcome then.

Their team is easy to communicate with. They are also responsive to provide us the updated information on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We had the great experience in their services. We received the positive feedback during the communication process.
