BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

My name is Makayla Timmons and I am the Director of Marketing at Pink Stork. Pink Stork is the Wellness Brand for Women, and we are a faith-based company located in Saint Augustine, FL. We have products for women of all ages, in all stages of life ranging from PMS, Fertility, Pregnancy, Nursing, Postpartum all the way through Menopause, and general Women's Wellness.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire C2 Digital, and what were your goals?

Our company has used C2 Digital in the past and they built us an amazing e-commerce Shopify site. We wanted to build a new website for customer feedback, and Anthony and the C2 team were able to build us yet another incredible website.

How did you select C2 Digital and what were the deciding factors?

We have worked with C2 Digital in the past and have been pleased with their work. They are easy to communicate with and go above and beyond to build fully functioning websites that are visually appealing.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We had a kick off meeting with Anthony where we walked him step by step through a PDF file of our website. After sending Anthony's team the mock-up designs, we talked through some of the coding setbacks, and in less than 3 weeks they were able to build our site from scratch and create us a new Shopify store!

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Anthony was our project manager and his team helped develop and design our project.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We anticipate that after this website is fully launched, we will be able to gather useful feedback for our products which will allow our R&D team to make key changes to our products!

Weekly emails with Anthony and he was more than happy to jump on a call whenever we needed a quick clarification or check-on on the status of the project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They work hard and FAST! They have a hardworking team of individuals who execute projects from start to finish with exceptionally quick turn arounds.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No! We are more than happy with their work pace and value our relationship with C2.
