We are a mid-sized IT company that deliver custom solutions and also develops proprietary SAAS products for European market. I am product owner for such SAAS products.

For what projects/services did your company hire Bytechimp?

We hired Bytechimp to help us create the series of CyberSecurity awareness courses that would consist of 1.5-2 minutes long 2D cartoon depicting a life-like scenarios for cybersecurity failures and 5-7 long 2D animated tutorials going into the depths of the subject.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I went through at least a dozen of other vendors and immediately found that Sam and his team are very customer-focused and really make their best efforts not just during the contract but even before it to make sure we are a perfect fit with them. Also the price for services was very competitive.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We created several episodes of animated tutorials with voiceovers. Each stage would include a detailed storyboarding and the animation part. I am difficult person to work within the way that I am really demanding for the details that other people don't even seem to notice, but these guys never said a word and just made it as I needed.

I haven't met more customer-focused team than these guys, hands down. My additional requirement was that I needed source files since I have to localize the content to other languages and I must say that files were mostly very well organized to do that efficiently.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There were a project manager, storyboard artist and animator working with us. Project manager always took good care of us to the very end.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We created a content that goes long way and sells our SAAS platform services very successfully. I dont think anything else can demonstrate successful outcome any further.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective. Guys kept being online and delivering comments/questions/answers.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I think it's their customer-focus. They never let you go unhappy. And the price is very competitive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Sometimes we struggled with the deadlines, but mostly that had reasoning. This might be the only improvement I could mention.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Satisfaction

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

We already knew what we wanted from these videos, so we put together the concept and script before hiring ByteChimp. Then, we went to them, and they brought that concept to life, producing the two videos we needed. All of the production, edition, and musicalization was in charge of them.

One of the videos is currently on our website, the second video will be published on our website by the end of March 2023, and a different version of our second video will be used at a product launch event also in March 2023.

They're having a fantastic team. The quality of work is also incredible.

ByteChimp animation were fantastic throughout the entire project.
