I’m the product manager for Anita Aman, a boutique clothes retailer that sells women’s and kid’s clothing.

What challenge were you trying to address with Buzytech?

We approached Buzytech to build us a website. Online business is trending and we wanted to take advantage of that.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

First, they designed and developed a WordPress website for us. They laid out all the steps and explained exactly what needed to happen; they were very systematic. After, we decided to go ahead with their marketing proposition as well. The on-page SEO took one month, and then they transitioned to off-page work, which included blogging, bookmarking, Adwords and Facebook ads. They also worked on Twitter and Instagram. We utilized their content writer to create any descriptions that we needed on the site, and they also made banners and other materials.

We worked through one point of contact.

How did you come to work with Buzytech?

We found them through internet research, and then I spoke with them in-person. I liked the options they gave us for the website, and so did my boss. Their documentation process also impressed us, since other companies only worked verbally.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent around $22,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from September 2017 to February 2018.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Through Google Analytics and Webmaster, we saw that impressions and traffic were both very good, and they still are. When we ask people who come into the store how they found us, they typically say it was our advertisements.

How did Buzytech perform from a project management standpoint?

Buzytech didn’t hide anything from us and earned our trust. They created a certain level of transparency and were responsive whenever we approached them about what was going on, or what our status was. We were given a weekly report which showed us what the status of the project was, and what they had completed. They also know how to manage their time.

The communication was done through Skype, email, and ActiveCollab, and there was no confusion if I needed something or wanted to ask a question. Our point of contact resolved all our queries and used a 24-hour time frame for any questions. If they did need any extra time, they made sure to inform me early on.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The communication was really nice, and the people on their side have a very good working environment. I visited their office a number of times and I always found them welcoming. Whatever they promised or decided in terms of timelines, they managed well; they keep their promises.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything at the moment.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

They will definitely benefit from Buzytech’s documentation process.
