We wanted to create a video testimonial with one of our largest customers. The video was to be shot in the office of our customer and in several parking garages nearby that AirGarage manages for this customer. There were two separate members from the Customers team that were to be featured in the video.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The completed video blew us away. It was extremely high quality & well done. We are stoked to be able to share this with our sales team and future potential customers!

The turnaround on everything was very fast. We spoke via zoom at first and had a proposal back within a day. Once we agreed on the scope we met in person a few days later at our customers office to film the testimonial. We had a few edits to go back and forth on after that, but each edit was completed in a couple of days.

We have engaged Butter Studios to produce all of our commercial product videos, complete with custom animations, voice-overs, product sequences, and more. We have also engaged with them to develop full training courses, filmed on-location. They also film and produce multiple customer testimonial story videos for us on a monthly basis. We have them visit our customer churches and film interview-style documentary videos telling the story of how our customers are using our products. They always deliver quality production on-time and consistently exceed our expectations.

• Able to fully produce videos on location without our presence or participation.

We are able to communicate in real-time with Butter Studios through our own Slack channel. This has enabled them to interact with appropriate team members as if they were part of the team themselves. This is highly convenient for us, and enables us all to work very efficiently.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We are continually blown away by the creativity and excellence of the videos they deliver to us. They far exceed our even wildest expectations. Multiple videos are worthy of awards. We know we would be charged tens of thousands of dollars more for some of these videos if we went with a larger ad agency to produce them, but are doubtful they'd even be as good.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Butter Studios could have done differently?

There aren't any areas that we feel Butter Studios could do better. We wish we were able to hire Jason to join our team full time.

For what projects/services did your company hire Butter Studios, and what were your goals?

We hired Butter Studios to produce our homepage explainer video and various video testimonials. Our goal was to have visual assets that helped build trust and communicate value to our prospects.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We selected them because they came so highly recommended from a past client. After working with them, I see why. Deciding factors included timeline, cost, and their portfolio of previously excellent work.

We started with a discovery meeting. Then we laid out a plan and script. We exchanged feedback for a few days and finalized it. Then the Butter team executed from there. Super easy and refreshingly organized experience.

Jason's extreme attention to detail. He nails every little thing in his videos and is creatively great, while simultaneously being very organized and prepared.
