We partnered with Busse & Company because we wanted to finally fill our physiotherapy vacancies reliably and without long waiting times. We'd previously had little success with traditional job postings and wanted a professional partner who would take a modern approach and truly reach our target audience.

Busse & Company provided us with structured support from the very beginning – from strategic planning to the implementation of the measures: 
• Analysis of our employer positioning and target audience approach 
• Development of a customized recruiting campaign on social media 
• Creation of a professional applicant page with a clear approach and easy application process 
• Ongoing support and optimization of the campaign, as well as regular coordination

Within a few weeks, we were able to generate several suitable applications—including profiles we would never have reached through traditional channels. We were able to successfully fill two vacancies.

The quality of the applications was particularly striking: The candidates were professionally qualified and a great fit for the team. The entire application process was also significantly more structured and faster than in previous applications.

Overall, we were able to significantly shorten the time to hire and thereby noticeably reduce the workload on the existing team.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Busse & Company could have done differently?

Overall, we were very satisfied with the collaboration. If we had to point out one minor point, it would be that some feedback was a bit shorter during periods of particularly high workload—even though we always received everything we needed in terms of content.
