BureauServe

BureauServe works with a partner to provide counter services for registration processes and backroom document verification functions to a Government agency. The Company has been engaged in these services since 1999. The project also required the design, renovation and setting up the entire public service counters area, backroom office, staff office, payment counter, collection counter, computer room, interview rooms etc. In June 2009, another service centre is set up separately for the same Government agency to perform other public services at a CBD area. In January 2011, BureauServe extended its services to include backend electronic verification services of E-applications. Throughout the more than 16 years of operations at the 2 service centres, BureauServe has received a large number of compliments for the public service rendered.
