I am the Digital Marketing Specialist at Lotte Hotel Seattle. Lotte Hotels is a luxury South Korean hotel brand.

We collaborated with Bujou Creative to receive lifestyle photo and video assets.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were reached out to by Bujou Creative.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

This was a collaboration between Bujou Creative and Lotte Hotel Seattle. We exchanged room nights at our hotel for photo and video assets for us to use on our social media platforms (IG and Facebook).

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with Shaina (PR) and Maggie (Co-Owner) - they were both amazing!

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We gained new photo and video assets to enhance our lifestyle photos for our social media platforms.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had 1 day to shoot and it went very smoothly! Maggie and Shaina were extremely professional and everything was well thought out and communicated. It was fun and easy to work with them, as well as the influencers they hired for the photoshoot.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was very impressed with their overall communication. From the beginning planning stages (asking us what we would need/like for our own photo assets) to sending us a schedule of the photoshoot to receiving the final photos and videos. They delivered in every aspect and made us feel relaxed and comfortable working with them. Thank you, Maggie & Shaina! I hope to work with you both again soon!
