I am the General Manager of Key Business Advisors which is a business consulting organisation specialising in outsourced HR, Business Strategy and Training. Also, the Co-Founder of Keyba Careers, empowering young people to be job-ready

We engaged BSO digital to support us with:

• website development
• design of two websites
• ongoing support of our LMS program
• improve SEO
• digital marketing campaigns
• copywriting of blogs

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We have known and worked with BSO digital for many years. Jason and Janelle are local business owners who are highly experienced in what they do. We knew they would deliver on what was promised and they have. They are very supportive and always there when we need them, which is what you want.

The work BSO do for us is ongoing. They support us with website development and improvements on WordPress, SEO, digital marketing campaigns and copywriting. We have monthly meetings on SEO strategies and digital marketing campaigns to increase new traffic and generate new leads. We use Calendly to arrange other meeting when issues need to be addressed.

We have increased traffic and new leads to the business.

We have scheduled monthly meetings. We schedule other meetings via Calendly. We email their help desk and call when urgent.

They are very knowledgeable and highly experienced in their field. They are responsive to our needs and very supportive.
