Their strong technical expertise and extensive experience with Shopify were evident throughout the process. They successfully managed a variety of custom and non-standard requests, establishing themselves as reliable partners for current and future web needs. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Bryt Designs could have done differently?

BRYT is highly skilled at executing projects to specification and adhering to guidelines. However, there is room for them to take a more proactive leadership role in addressing underlying goals and challenges. We would have appreciated a deeper understanding of the problems we’re trying to solve and more creative, forward-thinking solutions tailored to our needs. Additionally, taking initiative in representing us to partners and helping identify optimal solutions would further enhance their value as a strategic partner.
