Please provide a description of your company.
PSS Care Group has provided consistent high-quality, cost-effective secure transport service for juveniles and vulnerable adults across the U.K. for more than 20 years. Working in partnership with the NHS [National Health Service] and local authorities, as well as private establishments, we provide safe transport as well residential care in our care home for juveniles.

I am the managing director at PSS Care Group.

What was the business challenge that you were trying to address when you approached Brown Owl Creative?
We hired Brown Owl Creative to help rebrand our company and to develop our new website. Our challenge was to create a stylish and slick looking website for a conservative audience, a website that is more user focused and offers more functionality than what we currently have.
What were your company’s business goals for the project?
Our goal for the project was to establish ourselves as one of the leading care groups in the U.K. market and to develop a brand message that would be distributed throughout the organization.

We are in the midst of completing the project and will be launching in the next couple of weeks; however, we are very pleased with the progress and expect great results.

Do you have any statistics or metrics to track improvement from the project?
Not that I can think of, but we’re very happy with what they’ve done.
Is there anything unique about Brown Owl Creative that really makes them stand out compared to other companies?
I can’t speak highly enough about their design work. Designers who produce the quality of work that Brown Owl does usually charge much more, so for the price, we are incredibly happy with the design. They were able to take abstract ideas and translate those ideas into a design very appropriate for the site. They listened to our feedback and were always open-minded about our ideas and suggestions.
Looking back on the work so far, is there any area that you think they could improve upon or something that you might do differently?
I usually complain about communication with vendors, but Brown Owl was excellent about keeping us up to date on what they were doing. The only suggestion I can make is that they definitely should do more marketing because they have a great product.
