I am a broker at The Kirills, a real estate company in Miami.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Broker One?
There is a lot of competition in our industry and we’re trying to stand out. Specifically, we wanted to drive traffic to the website.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
At first, we worked together to figure out what I needed. Broker One gave me some tips on what specifically I should be doing on my website to drive traffic. They asked for my opinion throughout the process on certain subjects, such as which picture and articles to feature.
The team also improved the functionality of my website.
What is the team composition?
I worked with two people from their team. There’s also three or four people working in the background that I’ve had contact with.
How did you come to work with Broker One?
They were referred to me through friends.
How much have you invested in them?
We’ve spent around $10,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
It began in November 2017, and the website was completed around January 2018. They have been hosting and doing ongoing maintenance. There have been different revisions of the website.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The new version of the website is going to launch shortly. We’ve started running ads, and we’re getting eight to 10 solid leads a month which is incredible in my industry. I ended up selling about half of those which is also very incredible. Their suggestions and strategies have been even more helpful than I expected.
The leads I receive now are much higher quality than what I would get from Facebook, Google, or something else I would have to pay for. I would get maybe 30 leads there and maybe one would be worthwhile.
How did Broker One perform from a project management standpoint?
Broker One is excellent. Everything is on time. Some things take a little longer than expected because we rely on third-party tools and they have to give access which can take a while. I am in contact with Oleg (Web Developer) once a day or once every couple of days.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The leads will be the most impressive thing about the engagement, once the website is finally up and running.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Not really. If anything, I need to communicate my needs more clearly. They really listen.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Know what you want and have the content ready. Try to have a clear vision of what you are looking to get. If you don’t know, they can’t really make it for you.
