BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the director and CEO of Maid For You, an apartment cleaning agency based in Sydney, Australia. We have a web app to coordinate logistics between customers and cleaners.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Broadcast SEO?

We were seeing a steady decrease in traffic after an update to a Google algorithm. We hired Broadcast SEO to handle our SEM to increase our traffic higher than it was before.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Broadcast SEO manages our SEM efforts using Ahrefs. Their team built citations to support our SEO approach. They also developed and designed our website using WordPress and Beaver Builder to streamline the process.

What is the team composition?

I work with Amit (Owner & SEO expert, Broadcast SEO), his partner, and a few other teammates.

How did you come to work with Broadcast SEO?

They came as a recommendation from an online group. I wanted a professional team with good reviews, transparency, and ability to provide standard work at a fair price. Broadcast SEO met all of my criteria so we had a meeting through Zoom for them to show me areas for improvement. They gave us a proposal and we decided to move forward with them.

How much have you invested with them?

We spend $1,500 per month.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in September 2018 and the project is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since the site development and SEM support, we’ve seen more traffic, conversions, and leads on our platform. We’ve recently hit a record of 1,946 visitors to our site, which is double what we were at during our lowest period. We now receive thousands of emails from interested customers, whereas before we used to see limited outreach from the public. Our referring domain has nearly tripled since beginning the work with Broadcast SEO. As long as my business continues growing, I’ll keep working with their team.

How did Broadcast SEO perform from a project management standpoint?

We primarily use Zoom calls to stay up to date on their SEM progress. The communication process is streamlined and their response time is typically under two hours. They also answer all of my emails.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I trust their team because of their transparency and ability to keep me updated. I’m always in the loop on what they’re doing.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing to improve, I’ve had an amazing experience with them.
