We engaged The Brink Agency to support three key aspects of our branding and marketing refresh: Branding, Design / Development, and 3D / animation. Together with The Brink Agency we first identified our current position in the market, before outlining the refreshed Brand direction we were looking for. The Brink Agency provided a workshop on Identity and Branding, from which we received a new brand style, guidebook, and shareable content and assets.
Next we needed a new website for our global audience. The Brink Agency completed the full design and development of this project, using our new brand identity and desire to be more digital and engaging through motion, and built the website in our required Kentico CMS.
Early in the project we also added the need for an e-commerce platform to be designed, developed and launched in the Shopify platform. This was successfully launched for our North American audience. Intertwining both these projects, as well as our more digital and online focus through social platforms, The Brink Agency created high quality, hyper realistic 3D animations and product renders.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Three measurable outcomes were needed, and met, during the project:
Brand refresh: new guidelines and identity document, supporting documents (presentations, templates, etc.), new digital assets and graphic elements.
Website redevelopment: redesign and develop new website(s) for the business to better reflect and promote the brand, and bring it into a modern more digital era. Built in Kentico CMS.
We shop build: full design and development of web shop / e-commerce platform built in Shopify. This also included a specialised and custom digital product finder operating with live data through APIs from SAP.
3D design: major piece of the new digital approach was to have a range of 3D assets which promote our brand. The Brink Agency developed new high quality, hyper realistic 3D product renders which showcased external and internal components of our products. We also had 3D animations created for key products, highlighting the motion aspect of our brand.

As with many projects, there are always things that cause delays, and these projects were no different. Mostly timelines agreed upon were met, or discussed and readjusted if there were delays, of which the majority of delays were unavoidable and not always in the control of The Brink Agency. The Brink Agency were very transparent on any delays, with communication excellent throughout.

The skillset in design was impressive; they transformed our idea and vision into a new digital platform. For a small, and growing company there is a lot to be excited about.

No major issues, although as a young and growing company there can be changes in staff and handover conversations do not always cover previous directions and discussions. Important to make sure time is set aside to fully learn the project outcomes.

We had a new inquiry from a client regarding the development and integration of a 3D configurator webshop. Being in need of an experienced designer in that field, we’ve contacted Innovative Digital to save the day (project).

They needed to cover the design part of the application. To make it, following the design of the client's current website, while providing the users with great experience and an easy to use “flow”.

From Innovative Digital’s side, we had the opportunity to work with their head of design, together with the UI/UX designer and a project manager. Marble IT provided one software engineer to cover the UI part of the website, as well as the 3D configurator part.

We started our adventure in early 2020. Since then it has developed into a great partnership.

The project was done within the deadline.

Due to signed NDA’s from both parties, we cannot yet share any evidence. The application should go live by the end of this year.

Innovative Digitals team was quite organized. Due to our longer partnership, we have developed a system for coordinating and so far it has proven to be productive.
