We've had an 18-month contract with the Client, an enterprise company revamping its ERP and other digital products in its portfolio. During this period, we were supposed to supply the Client with 10+ developers to help with various goals on their roadmap. 

We asked Bright Marbles to help us with specific profiles we didn't have in-house, and they delivered them promptly. After interviewing the candidates, we added them to our team, and they quickly adapted and delivered exceptional work for our client.

We have improved the Client's digital solutions by a large margin, resulting in a satisfying end of cooperation. During the development time, communication and collaboration have been exceptional. Each challenge was faced with an open mind and transparent communication, which made every decision-maker's work easier. All of this together tightened up our relationship with Bright Marbles, and we can't wait to collaborate again on something new.

Management was mainly on the client's side on this project, and each of their developers had to adapt to their style, our team members, and some form of self-management in other aspects of the project. 

This extra push was visible from each of their devs, as they were all motivated people, looking for solutions outside of the box and constantly thinking about improving the process. This approach made project management generally smoother, and the Client's roadmap was correctly fulfilled by the end of the contract.

We outsourced the API part of the Saleslide system to Brightmarbles, which was basically a proxy API between multiple third-party services. Deadline was short and we didn't have enough people on our side, so we hired them to help us build all layers of the API (data, business, api).

Our goal was to achieve the MVP features (both client and API) in 10 weeks, to meet the client's deadline.

Project was a web app + multi-platform game for connecting retailers and consumers of different brands that wanted to advertise through the game part of the app. Customers collected points through the game, which they could later use through discounts in different stores.

We developed the Vue client side part of the Web app (dashboard, profile, stores etc.) and Brightmarbles arranged the underlying endpoints in .NET (controllers, services and the data layer)

Brightmarbles arranged 2 API devs and we arranged 2 frontend developers. I was the tech lead on the project and client arranged a PO.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Since we were a smaller company at the time, it was difficult for us to follow the tempo of some of our clients. Brightmarbles helped us keep the client, which led to new business opportunities and further development of our network.

In this case, client arranged a PO which was in charge for the management.

The smoothness of their inclusion on the project. Usually there is a period when new people need to adapt to the project, but their guys took the deadline seriously and we managed to finish some of the features in the first days of our cooperation.

The process went smoothly until the end, so I don't think that there are many areas that we could have improved. It would be even easier if we had a team in-house, but isn't something that we are going to require from our vendor.

We were hired by our customer to first build Data Lakehouse and analytics and AI solutions on top of Data Lakehouse. Based on our communication, professionalism and delivery our customer wanted to engage in a complete rewrite of the web application that is fueling Data Lakehouse with data. We reached out to our network and BrightMarbles was an obvious choice since with them we have a great relationship and a few projects already done before this cooperation. 

We successfully created a mixed team, did requirements gathering and proceeded with implementation. The project was finished after 6 months with satisfactory results.

Scope was delivery of whole solution from design solution, architectural setup, software development, testing and maintaining all environments. Product was developed using .NET core, C++, react.js, elasticsearch and Azure cloud.

Focus was on high performance 20k records per second with 3% CPU load with maximum 180k records per second with 20% CPU load. We worked agile with 2 weeks sprints.

We managed to meet all important milestones, even they were new in business domain they managed to understand and deliver business value we expected. I have to mention that achieved performance was impressive!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Very motivated and professional team which makes a big difference on project. Whole way I had a feeling that team had full ownership on the project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not that I'm aware.
