Brandyn develops monthly campaign positioning and collaborates with us on content structure and selection. Brandyn also manages the email campaign, reports campaign analytics and uses industry insights to provide recommendations.

Can you share any statistics or metrics that speak to the quality of their work and impact of the engagement?

We have seen an increase in open and click rates from existing customers while also having at least 1-2 customers—per month—contact us in relation to our campaigns. We continue to notice minimal unsubscribes and consistent engagement at 10%-15%.

Brandyn is my primary contact, although I know there are several people on his team who provide copywriting and design.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Since we began a little over a year ago, traffic has increased tenfold. Our primary metric focuses on leads, of which we are generating several per month.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Communication is conducted via a combination of email and phone calls. Brandyn has been very accessible, answering my questions after hours and on the weekends.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

He has a really common sense approach and is able to simplify complex marketing strategies. Brandyn devotes a tremendous amount of work to ensure my project always remains a top priority.
