BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the co-owner of BrAIn Club, an afterschool brain gym that helps kids build a healthy relationship with technology through fun, science-based activities. We combine AI, neuroscience, and VR to boost focus, emotional control, and cognitive fitness.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Bright Projects?
We needed help establishing a bold, science-driven brand identity for BrAIn Club. We also needed to design and develop a modern, engaging website that clearly communicated our unique focus on neuroscience, cognitive fitness, and emerging technologies like AI and VR.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Bright Projects has led the full digital transformation of BrAIn Club, starting with brand strategy, visual identity, and UX direction. They’ve then moved into designing and developing our main website and an interactive learning platform tailored for neuroscience and AI-driven education. Key deliverables include a bold brand identity, a fully responsive website, a scalable backend for managing courses, videos, quizzes, and homework, and a custom admin dashboard for easy content publishing and user management. Throughout the process, they ensure the platform aligns with our mission to deliver immersive, science-based digital wellness experiences for kids.
What is the team composition?
We work closely with a dedicated team of 4–5 people from Bright Projects, including a project manager, lead designer, front-end and back-end developers, and a UX strategist. Their tight-knit, collaborative approach makes the process efficient and highly responsive to our needs.
How did you come to work with Bright Projects?
I found Bright Projects through a trusted referral and was immediately impressed by their reputation for quality and innovation. After speaking with their team, it was clear they understood our vision for BrAIn Club. Their ability to blend bold design with technical precision made them the perfect partner to bring our neuroscience and technology-focused EdTech platform to life.
I chose Bright Projects because they stood out with a rare combination of bold creative thinking, deep technical expertise, and a clear understanding of the EdTech space. From the start, they fully grasped BrAIn Club’s mission to combine neuroscience, AI, and immersive technology into a powerful learning experience. Their strategic approach, responsiveness, and ability to translate complex ideas into intuitive, scalable digital products made them the obvious choice over more generic or rigid agencies.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve invested approximately $20,000 in this project so far. We’re planning to invest $30,000+ more.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our project with Bright Projects began in March 2025, and it’s still ongoing. We’re currently in the development phase of the interactive learning platform, with continuous collaboration as we expand features and prepare for a broader rollout.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The most notable measurable outcomes from our project with Bright Projects include a fully developed brand identity that clearly differentiates BrAIn Club in the neuroscience and EdTech space, a responsive and visually engaging website that has already received strong early feedback from parents and educators, and a structured, scalable learning platform now in development. The UX flow and interface design have driven high engagement during testing, and we now have a solid foundation to expand our digital offerings while maintaining a cohesive and professional user experience.
Since we haven’t officially launched the online platform yet, our measurable outcomes are based on in-person showings and small focus groups. During these sessions, over 90% of participants—including educators, parents, and early users—have expressed strong positive reactions to the visual design and clarity of the learning experience. Several have described the interface as “refreshing,” “easy to navigate,” and “unlike anything else in the EdTech space.” These early focus group insights have given us the confidence that the platform is resonating with our target audience and is on the right track for a successful public rollout.
The feedback from our team and stakeholders has been overwhelmingly positive. Everyone loves the direction—it’s a fresh, bold take on EdTech that feels genuinely future-focused. What stands out most is the problem-based approach they’ve helped us shape, which sets us apart from the traditional knowledge-drop models. The Bright Projects team has brought innovative energy, especially their lead designers, who have impressed us with how thoughtfully they’ve curated inspiration from the right sources. It’s clear they’re not just following trends but pushing creative boundaries. We’ve been genuinely inspired by the design conversations and are very satisfied with the results so far.
How did Bright Projects perform from a project management standpoint?
Bright Projects’ project management has been excellent. They consistently deliver on time, communicate clearly, and are very organized when it comes to timelines, deadlines, and what they need from our side. What I appreciate most is their ability to take the initiative—they’re not just waiting for instructions; they actively fill in gaps and drive the project forward when needed. Their experience in the EdTech space really shines through, and their niche knowledge has added a lot of value. It’s clear they understand both the technical and educational sides of the work, which makes collaboration smooth and productive.
Our primary form of communication with Bright Projects is online, using a mix of video calls, Slack, and email to stay in sync throughout the project. We also collaborate extensively through Figma, which allows us to observe design progress in real time, leave comments directly on screens, and iterate quickly based on feedback. This transparent and highly interactive workflow keeps us fully engaged in the creative process and ensures that the final product aligns closely with our vision for BrAIn Club.
What did you find most impressive about them?
What impresses me most about working with Bright Projects is the leadership of their founder, Linas. He’s a truly unique person with an exceptional sense of quality, innovation, and spotting talent. Linas has a gift for bringing together diverse people and building highly effective, mission-driven teams. I deeply trust him and genuinely enjoy collaborating with him. What sets Bright Projects apart is that it never feels like you’re working with an agency; it feels like you’ve gained a true partner. They take the initiative, care deeply about the outcome, and share a real passion for quality and impact. That culture of trust, craftsmanship, and forward-thinking is what makes them truly special.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Honestly, we’ve been extremely satisfied with Bright Projects throughout the collaboration. If I had to name something, I’d wish they offered even more services—branding, strategy, design, development, and maybe even marketing or content support—but I also understand that’s asking a lot from one team. They’ve already gone above and beyond in so many areas, and their focus and excellence in what they do is what makes them such a strong partner.
