At no point during the work did I have to hassle them about providing me with info. They also gave me the info in a clear, easy to understand format, which I found extremely helpful.

They really care about doing a good job - they tailor the work they do to your project, and work on aspects of SEO that will glean the best results for your business, unlike other agencies I spoke to, who have a 'one size fits all' approach.

SEO Optimization of an exiting website and analysis of current technical problem. After analysis, there was the on-going effort to solve them over time and then work on keyword optimization which is an on-going project. We are also working on link building together.

Stopped the deterioration due to no index issues; detected plugin bug that applied no-index on the site, presented keyword analysis to ramp up views - this is on-going so not yet clear what the effect is.
