We are a digital agency and technology consulting firm developing cross-platform applications and enterprise gateways. We also develop projects involving augmented reality for retail and industry.

I am one of the founders of the company and Chief Creative Officer.

We were looking for specialists in certain areas of the Magento platform. Bridge Global was able to address a business and technology problem for one of our clients.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Bridge Global was in charge of developing an e-commerce Magento website for our company. They also did database work, quality assurance, and custom coding for the same client.

How did you come to work with Bridge Global?

We first assigned the job to another company, which failed. A consultant partner mentioned Bridge Global to us.

How much have you invested with Bridge Global?

The total cost of Bridge Global's services was around $25,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Bridge Global in the summer of 2015. Our project had a duration of 10 months and was completed 2 and a half months ago. We are still working on small touch-ups.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?

I am 100% satisfied. We worked through a functional specifications document which was developed in collaboration with the client. It was completely fulfilled by Bridge Global. We also addressed many change orders throughout the job, and had a highly detailed quality assurance and bug review phase, which lasted 2-3 months in itself. Every bug and issue was addressed.

What did you find most impressive about Bridge Global?

Bridge Global has a long-term strategic view on the work, versus the hit-and-run approach which we saw with other partners. Bridge Global is a very thorough and thoughtful group. We've worked with many vendors, but Bridge Global has become a strategic partner of our firm.

Are there any areas Bridge Global could improve?

It's a people job, so the more people are added to the project, the faster it progresses.

We are a global career channel helping professional people to find education opportunities and jobs. We are building a platform of career opportunities for people to get connected. As a Chief Technology Officer, I am involved in developing the products and maintaining technologies at top performance, in a scalable manner.

he pain of online hiring is common everywhere and none of the existing solutions take care of it at a satisfactory level. There is an overload of job portals and it wastes job seekers' time to redirect them to ad-filled pages. This does a lot more harm and limits the useful job hunting that takes place. On the other side, people waste a lot of time online to find relevant courses or education opportunities. We are trying to solve both of these issues by creating a trusted platform with real connectivity between people.

Technically we need to build and test out a lot of tools for our users and iterate faster based on feedback to achieve these goals.

SOLUTION

We are building a platform for employers and recruiters to share their opportunities, and job seekers to get matched with real signals rather than just keywords. On the education side we are building an online research platform for career minded people to find a right course to improve on their professional side.

We have an in house team of developers to build the platform, and we had many features that are obvious and time consuming to build, that’s why we started outsourcing to Bridge.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Bridge has been very helpful, providing us with the right talent and making them ready to adapt to meet the technical and business requirements of our solutions. Bridge's team helped us complete more product features on time and hence helped us move ahead faster with our projects.

Even though there were some quality issues with initial deliveries, they were able to quickly come back with proper solutions.

The app they developed asks questions after a lecture or an education. The admin section they developed allows users to add events or games, with questions that are later presented in the app.

This was the second app we developed with them and it was a smooth process. With this new app, we can now expand a segment of our business that we didn't have before.
