What was the scope of their involvement?

Bridge CRM has developed eight specialized applications with AI-based features targeting Milo, their AI autopilot. The apps focus on lead management, field operations, contact management, and dealer management.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Bridge CRM's work has increased our lead turnover ratio by 48%. Additionally, we've been able to manage and check our field operations more clearly and track them accordingly, resulting in a 56% improvement.

How did Bridge CRM perform from a project management standpoint?

Bridge CRM has delivered on time. Regarding tools and communication, we use in-person meetings, virtual meetings, email, and messaging apps.
