Once my business turned 1 year old, I wanted to get guidance and advice on my business operations, analyse sales, forecast future sales and have a strategy in place for the next year. In other words, I wanted to analyse my performance to understand that I’m on the right track and not missing any opportunities. And that’s what I was able to find with BRIDCON.

I found BRIDCON online, I read some of their reviews and they were all very positive. The deciding factor was our first Zoom meeting with one of the team members of BRIDCON. Gabriel spent the whole hour with me discussing my business in-depth, getting to know my needs and setting clear objectives on BRIDCON’s offerings.

The project consisted of: Mapping resources, forecasting revenue scenarios and setting long-term business objectives, Diagnosing the existing business model, researching and analysis of the market and competition, Marketing Strategy, Sales Strategy, and Operational Strategy. During the 4 months that I was working with BRIDCON, all of these aspects were covered in detail. In addition to it, BRIDCON carried out an analysis of my website and SEO and further addressed all the issues.

BRIDCON assigned a senior business strategist and project manager, a senior marketing and digital consultant and an analyst.

Following their involvement, I started to make more sense of the operational part, and overall I learned more about my business and streamlined some processes and engagement models.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The workflow was very effective. The communication was clear and BRIDCON was always available for me whenever I needed it. We had regular meetings in place (in the beginning there were 2 or sometimes even 3 meetings a week and later on in the process, we had a meeting once a week). I was always aware of our next steps in the project and all the timelines.

The initial scope of work was met having as deliverables the market analysis and the investment pitch deck. Currently, BRIDCON is offering support in our journey to global expansion and relations with strategic partners.
