BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I own Studio Ray Recording, a recording studio in NYC. I was looking for some outside help with my SEO, which I have been doing myself for years.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Break The Web?

Thorough SEO analysis of my website,  including content, keywords, H1 tags, header tags, alt text, meta descriptions, and page titles, as well as a citation audit.

What were your goals for this project?

To learn what I might be missing and what could be improved with my on-page SEO.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

Searching Google and Yelp for SEO companies and reviews.

Describe the project in detail.

During a phone consultation and subsequent email, I explained to Jason where I was with my website and everything that I had done in the past to improve my SEO. After a short time, he got back to me with multiple well-thought-out, written analyses in the form of downloadable charts and pdf files. They pointed out all of the areas that needed improvement, as well as made very helpful suggestions on how to implement those improvements. Then, we scheduled a lengthy phone consultation to go over everything.

What was the team composition?

Jason was the entire team.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

As anyone with experience can tell you, SEO results often take weeks or more to notice, and it has not been that long yet for us. Also, there are some very important suggestions that have not been implemented as of yet. However, I am confident as to the quality of the information I received.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very easy to talk to.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Very, very friendly and patient. He really listens.

Are there any areas for improvement?

None that I can see so far.
