I’m a senior graphic designer for a skincare brand.

What challenges were you trying to address with Brazilero Studio?

We needed help with a product launch campaign. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Brazilero Studio created a product launch campaign with three 3D images and a 20-second video. First, we did the project briefing. After discussing the budget, they met with our finance and legal teams to prepare all the documents. We then had a production meeting with the producer and the creative director to discuss everything about the graphics.

What is the team composition?

Our first contact was with Valentin, the co-founder. Then, we worked with a project manager and a creative director, Cristina. 

How did you come to work with Brazilero Studio?

We found them on Behance and saw their portfolio. We contacted Brazilero Studio because they had worked on many projects similar to the one we wanted to do, including the specific kind of video that we wanted. We started by sending them an email, and their co-founder replied the same day. We arranged a meeting two days later and did all the briefings for the project. They responded quickly to everything and were clear about the production steps.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent $20,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from June–September 2024.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We published the videos and images on our social media, website, and sales points, which gave us huge visibility. The quality of Brazilero Studio's work met our expectations.

How did Brazilero Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

They delivered on time and within budget. The only issue we had was with our timeline. I initially had a deadline for the end of August, but we had our vacation in Italy, so we couldn’t respond to them within the timeline we approved. The delay was our fault, but everything was clear, and we talked about it. We communicated via email and video calls.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

I really liked working with Cristina. She was creative and provided many insights for us. She helped us with the project and did many things we hadn’t thought about before.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Everything was clear throughout the project; every time I asked for changes, everything was perfect. Brazilero Studio was open to feedback and did everything we asked.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We had a misunderstanding because we asked for two kinds of video. I thought they would create two videos with different approaches. When we were about to launch, we had a problem. I think it was a miscommunication or something lost in translation. In the end, we had the video we asked for, but there was miscommunication about what the finished version of the video would be.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Working with Brazilero Studio, they’re clear with every step of the project.
