Two Aspect Ratio Versions:16:9 (landscape) for platforms like YouTube, websites, and other wide-format media.

The animated trailer was met with overwhelmingly positive feedback, particularly from the client sponsoring the podcast. They praised the video’s ability to seamlessly integrate the podcast’s audio narrative with visually compelling animation, creating a powerful promotional tool that aligned perfectly with their branding and objectives.

The dual-format deliverables (16:9 and 9:16) ensured the trailer’s versatility across platforms, maximizing its reach and engagement potential. The high-quality execution reinforced the client’s confidence in the podcast’s promotional strategy and further strengthened their partnership with the production team.

What challenges were you trying to address with Brazilero Studio?

We needed help with a product launch campaign.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Brazilero Studio created a product launch campaign with three 3D images and a 20-second video. First, we did the project briefing. After discussing the budget, they met with our finance and legal teams to prepare all the documents. We then had a production meeting with the producer and the creative director to discuss everything about the graphics.

Our first contact was with Valentin, the co-founder. Then, we worked with a project manager and a creative director, Cristina. 

How did you come to work with Brazilero Studio?

We found them on Behance and saw their portfolio. We contacted Brazilero Studio because they had worked on many projects similar to the one we wanted to do, including the specific kind of video that we wanted. We started by sending them an email, and their co-founder replied the same day. We arranged a meeting two days later and did all the briefings for the project. They responded quickly to everything and were clear about the production steps.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We published the videos and images on our social media, website, and sales points, which gave us huge visibility. The quality of Brazilero Studio's work met our expectations.

How did Brazilero Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

They delivered on time and within budget. The only issue we had was with our timeline. I initially had a deadline for the end of August, but we had our vacation in Italy, so we couldn’t respond to them within the timeline we approved. The delay was our fault, but everything was clear, and we talked about it. We communicated via email and video calls.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

I really liked working with Cristina. She was creative and provided many insights for us. She helped us with the project and did many things we hadn’t thought about before.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Everything was clear throughout the project; every time I asked for changes, everything was perfect. Brazilero Studio was open to feedback and did everything we asked.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We had a misunderstanding because we asked for two kinds of video. I thought they would create two videos with different approaches. When we were about to launch, we had a problem. I think it was a miscommunication or something lost in translation. In the end, we had the video we asked for, but there was miscommunication about what the finished version of the video would be.

The primary objectives include highlighting the impactful work candidates do, conveying the unique aspects of joining the client's GPS, and emphasizing the team's approach to solving complex technology problems. 

Key deliverables encompass script, storyboard, and production for a 60-90 second full version, a potential 30-second version with unique content, and social cutdowns for campaign ads. The target audience includes experienced hires with a technology skill set, GPS recruiters, students, and internal GPS professionals. The brand personality aims to be empowering, a changemaker, and associated with growth and transformation. 

Competitors in the market include Accenture, Amazon, Booz Allen Hamilton, Google, IBM, and others. Creative inspiration is drawn from the approved GPS marketing toolkit, envisioning a mix of stock footage and animation. The successful execution of the project resulted in significant measurable outcomes for the client. The marketing campaign effectively elevated brand awareness, with the general feedback indicating an increase in engagement and positive perception among the target audience, including experienced hires, GPS recruiters, students, and internal GPS professionals. 

The scripted and produced deliverables, including a compelling 60-90 second version, a unique 30-second cut, and impactful social media ads, garnered substantial attention and resonated with the audience. The client's message about the unique aspects of their GPS careers, team approach, and commitment to impactful work in technology was successfully conveyed, closing the gap on brand perception and differentiating the client in a competitive marketplace. 

The campaign not only met but exceeded the client's objectives, showcasing the success of the strategic and creative approach implemented.

One area for improvement that could enhance the overall collaboration with Brazilero Studio is their internal quality control processes. Throughout the project, we encountered several rounds of reviews and had to send back video versions multiple times before we could share with our client. 

Streamlining their internal quality assurance could mitigate these iterative cycles, ensuring a more efficient workflow and reducing the need for extensive revisions. While the team exhibited proficiency in addressing feedback, enhancing their initial quality control measures would contribute to smoother and more time-effective project execution in the future.

CGI videos for our social channels to support our 360 marketing campaign around the launch of a new handbag. We requested 2 concepts applied to 3 different locations/images on received those in two formats so in total there were 12 deliverables. We will be testing these on Instagram and TikTok with the main focus on TikTok.

Views, likes, shares, comments, and engagement rates on Instagram and TikTok. This is to create a buzz around the bag, the brand and our london retail store locations more than lower funnel sales metrics.

Yes they delivered on a very compromised timeline, communicated next steps and expectations well and lead the project entirely on their end so we are nothing but pleased to be working with them on this project.

Response time, attention, effort, ability to cater to our needs on a short timeline as well as the price of the services provided.

Not really. I just think that a large company usually has many people involved in an approval process so things may change in between rounds of approvals and just keeping an open mind to potential changes in the project is crucial for the clients to be happy with the outcome. Didn't have an issue with supplying what we needed even in the middle of the process, but just a general call-out that this happens and the willingness to make those adjustments are really appreciated.

Everything was very synchronized, and we knew that they were truly there to support us. Brazilero Studio was extremely talented at providing visuals and concepts.

We are launching a new solution and wanted to create buzz from our existing client base. The goal of the video was to inform our clients of the upcoming launch and to get them excited about upgrading to the new solution.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We have worked with Brazilero to produce several videos in the past. Each one has met or exceeded our expectations. They have all hit the goals we set for them and have been received well by our target audience.

We started with a discovery meeting to identify the goals and to understand the new solution. Then I submitted a creative brief and other background information. From there they laid out the storyboard and created the design, before moving on to the animation phase and adding the voiceover. All stages included reviews and feedback. The result was a 90 second, animated video.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

I worked with the owner and a project manager, who served as my main point of contact. She facilitated all reviews and relayed the feedback to the creative team. The process was smooth, and my project manager was very easy to work with.

We proved the video to our account managers to share with their clients. They used it as a tool to set up introductory meetings for the new solution and so far we've seen great results, with many meetings scheduled over the next few months.

My project manager was responsive and easy to communicate with. They used Dropbox to facilitate reviews which was easy to add comments to and to share with my team for their feedback. They hit every deadline on-time.

Their animation style is very fresh. I appreciate that they were able to create a style that was unique to our brand and aligned with our core brand pillars.

I can't think of any areas for improvement!

They came back with different variations of the designs and animation styles which really helped us to show our client the options to choose from. Then after that, they kept improving and executed the work as guided, took the client's feedback, and delivered the project on time.

I mainly communicated with two of their project managers. Occasionally the director would be involved whenever we needed to discuss creative ideas. I also had a few video calls with them to explain and give feedback in detail whenever necessary.
