I’m the founder and sole director of a jewelry store.

What challenge were you trying to address with BRANDSANDU?

We were looking for an agency for a complete branding, strategy, and social media services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

BRANDSANDU designed our stationery and branding. They listened to my requirements and executed the strategy to build our website and manage our social media. 

What is the team composition?

There were around 5–6 people involved in the project. I was in contact with their content head, a designer, and the project manager. 

How did you come to work with BRANDSANDU?

A friend referred them. I went to them, and the experience turned out to be good.

How much have you invested with them?

I spent 8 lakh Indian rupees (approximately $40,300 USD) with them on this project.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with them between December 2020–April 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I’m getting good reviews on my branding from customers coming to my showroom.

How did BRANDSANDU perform from a project management standpoint?

They performed well. I used to work with an agency in Delhi, but they didn’t listen to me; BRANDSANDU listened to my suggestions and implemented everything accordingly.  They created a WhatsApp group where I shared my feedback and requirements. We also used email, and I could call their co-founder directly — the communication and execution were professional.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I like their execution strategy. BRANDSANDU understands the client’s requirements, and they execute according to those.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on. The communication and execution were very professional.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

I recommend BRANDSANDU to others. They’re professional and fantastic at delivering results.

We get to know them via wix and we choose them because they we among the quickest to reply to our request

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Since implementing the SEO effort, our website has seen a significant improvement and our website is ranked in the first page.

They are great in reply to queries and they also update me reqularly on the development of the website via whatsapp.
