I'm a marketing/business manager in Print Cafe - a cafe with a print shop in Chernivtsi

For what projects/services did your company hire Brandisfy, and what were your goals?

We were opening a cafe and needed everything for it's to be visible online and offline. THings like branding, brand guideline, ecommerce website design and development.

We were working with these guys before + they are the only branding agency in Chernivtsi on Clutch

So we had nothing at the beggining. Just an idea and a place. And we were looking for a full-stack design firm that would help us to build a strong and recognisible brand We've started with a brand stategy, moved to brand identity and guidelines and just finished with our ecommerce website

We were working together with a project manager, developer and 2-3 designers. Sometimes we were on a zoom calls, sometimes we had 1-1 meetings

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Yeah, everything was done in time as discussed. We (includind the owner) are very satisfied with the outcome. Now wi have a logo, brand identity, brand strategy guide and a fully-funtionible website

We had a lot of meeting during this project. Most likely on every milestone. The team is extremely friendly and they seem to really care ablut the project. Great project management was done by Dima

The openess they have there. Even though we had a business together, I felt like being a part of the creative team. Great experience

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I would say they should market themselfes to bigger market not just Chernivtsi
