Please describe your company and your position there.
I'm the founder of a nonprofit organisation, www.mindsum.app. We provide support, counselling, and therapies to children and young people with mental health conditions.
For what projects/services did your company hire Brandenstein?
We wanted to personify our brand and create an online experience that will quickly connect with our audience. The goal of this project was to highlight the benefits for the service user and also for the service providers that will lead to a good conversion rate. Services provided by Brandenstein: Branding, Web Design & Development.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We found Brandenstein on Webflow. The Brandenstein team was extremely talented. There were several factors that contributed to our decision to hire their services:
1. Best possible strategy.
2. Proven process that is used in Google, Apple, Spotify, etc.
3. Very expert in UI and UX
4. Stakeholder engagement
5. very committed and focused on delivering results
6. Delivered on time and a lot more than what we were expecting. ...the list goes on.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
1. Brandenstein ran workshops with tangible results, not endless meetings.
2. They engaged all stakeholders, i.e. our team, users, clients, etc. They believe that everyone is an expert, that’s why they ran workshops where we all worked together so we could reach the set goal faster
3. They did personify our brand to fit the audience. They didn't just create a new visual assets.
4. They validated our brand & website with end users to make sure it really does fit our audience
5. Brandenstein did this all in 6 weeks, which is extremely efficient.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
There were two of the team members worked on this project. One worked on brand design and other developed the website.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The new website designed and developed by Brandenstein - www.mindsum.app made it so much easy for our clients and therapists to navigate and we saw huge increase in sign-ups.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The beauty of Brandenstein's process is that they involved our team in different weekly workshops and feedback meetings. This resulted in creating the best possible UI/UX.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
In one word - process. They had the world's best process which was used by every big company like, Google, Uber, Airbnb, Apple, etc. It's based on design sprint principles:
- Week 1 - Pre-Flight & Brand Sprint
- Week 2 - Design Sprint
- Week 3 - Brand Experience
- Week 4 - Iteration Sprint
- Week 5 and 6 - Project Delivery
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
They are already the best company to work with. I don't think there is anything further that can be improved.
Brandenstein new website and designs enabled end clients to navigate effortlessly, which helped increase sign-ups. The team highly involved everyone in the project through workshops, collecting ideas for the best UI/UX designs. Overall, what stood out the most was their processes and resources.
