Our project manager, Andrei, is the main point of contact. He is in charge of our project. We are also communicating regularly with three other people in our team, including the lead developer and the head of advertising. They often join us in calls and take part in meetings.

We have more than 5,000 email subscribers now with 80-90% open rate on our daily email news delivery.

The coordination was outstanding given some gap in time. They were responsive and there were no problems. For project management, we use Asana. Zoom, and some phone calls were used to interact with our teams.

BrandCurb was completely phenomenal and encouraged us to realize our vision for the application. They have been so supportive in providing recommendations on additions and better methods of doing stuff.

What we require them to develop is quite complicated and resource hungry, and along the way, there have been a tremendous amount of difficulties. BrandCurb has played a vital role in addressing these barriers and creating creative methods to transform our vision into a framework. In taking our hand during the operation, they've been phenomenal.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It will be great to see them include their team and what is required of the clients with more clarity on tasks and obligations. It will be ideal to grasp their team activities more deeply.

After launching the new website, we saw a 120% increase in traffic. Our reach has almost doubled with the integration that BrandCurb has pushed for our media resources.

Our communications has been mostly emails and the project manager assigned to us was very responsive. We had some zoom call meetings for discussions that involves design and directions.

Their team definitely knows what they're doing. Beyond that, they are willing to explore for us and we can tell that some part of the project are a bit experimental for them but they have executed them flawlessly.

There were some design issues that has come up but it has been solved eventually.
