We hired Brand Soul to setup our brand identity and brand naming. Once the branding is completed, they helped us to develop our website too.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

It was recommended by my friend and we decided to use them due to their impressive portfolio.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

They first setup a brand discovery meeting to understand our project requirements and set the expectations. Then the team proceed to work on the moodboard that best describe our branding direction. It was an easy and yet very professional process as the team really go the extra mile to help us define our brand value and brand name.

The whole brand identity project is completed in about 1.5 months and we decided to continue to engage to develop our website too. We were happy with the outcome and look forward to working with them in the near future.

Around 5 of them. 3 branding designers and 2 senior brand strategists.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They helped u to document the whole CI and saved it in the Dropbox which is quite easy for us to access it whenever we need to download the files. Our site traffic and organic reach have also been very positive when we launch the website. We received quite a few enquiries from the large organisations.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The team is easy to communicate and flexible in terms of meeting our needs. It was a smooth process.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was impressed with the systematic process they have in place to setup the brand naming and identity. I never thought of that could be so easy.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They are still a mid-size company so in terms of the manpower so sometimes it takes time to get a response from the team.
