Brand Iron has advised on logo and website development initially along with campaign development aimed at key stakeholders such as park owners, potential tenants and investors. They have helped develop content strategy for brand awareness such as blogs, regular social media posts and SEO.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our company has been able to grow in scope adding another two communities to our portfolio and keeping our occupancy in the 90% and above for the majority of our parks through the pandemic. Our investors have enjoyed their distributions monthly since inception - never missing a payment.

Brand Iron sets firm goals for deliverables on our projects such as our newsletters, blogs, and campaigns. They are flexible when we need to be regarding content and work with us on our ever-changing deadlines which can be frustrating. Our information changes frequently and they remain calm when we pivot at the drop of a hat.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their responsiveness to us, their sense of humor, and their willingness to stay up to date with us. We are tough to pin down and respond and they remain cool and calm with us. We enjoyed working with Brand Iron; their employees kept up with us and our needs.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Brand Iron could have done differently?

Sometimes Brand Iron forgets we are a very small company that wears many hats, and creates internal campaigns that are hard to work with when we have so few employees on the ground. Great ideas though! When we grow they will be great.

hey organized a timeline and adjusted their schedule accordingly to match our needs.

They really seemed to care about your opinions and desires when creating a website or logo.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The developers lacked an ability to peer check their work (make sure everything was presentable including grammar, and ''fill in spaces''). Other than that, the excitation was great.
