We were completely new to GoogleAds for mVAS campaigns, having only run GoogleAds so far for our eCommerce business, which is a completely different thing. So we needed guidance from an experienced marketer in that field - that's where BrainTaza came into play. We had a few technical hurdles at the beginning on our end with the tracking integration, but BrainTaza was very supportive (and patient ;) with that until the campaign was up and running.

• Mainly the CPA and its optimization

Yes, everything was delivered in time. If anything, it was us who were late, Responses were quick and in time, given the time difference.

Maybe just a tiny bit more understanding for complete newbies to the field like us, but this is nitpicking

We wanted to create Google Ads for our user acquisition campaign.

In the beginning, we provided them with guidelines about the type of users we were targeting for the campaign. After that, they proceeded with the work; they created, ran, and optimized the ad campaign on Google based on the information we provided
