Everest Parts Supply is a leading landscaping and tool seller on Amazon, Ebay, as well as through our online website and app. We carry replacement parts for all leading manufacturers and have industry leading fulfillment times.

For what projects/services did your company hire Bovsi Studios?

We needed our website SEO optimized for 2020, a couple hundred new products added, and a few details changed in our Enterprise / Pro Ordering App for contractors. They ended up doing a ton of other stuff too that had a big impact on our ranking and the ordering portal has never been prettier or faster!

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to continue our leadership within our niche so we asked Bovsi Studios to overhaul our SEO as a stand alone project outside monthly SEO service while also rebuilding our ordering portal to be a better customer experience and drive higher cart totals. They wildly exceeded our expectations and some of the ideas they had, such as adding the "contractor abandoned cart" reminders as push notifications, have already generated an increase in revenue.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

I originally found them via a Google Search and really liked their follow up emails about how to grow my business. They were producing value before they even met me. That is the kind of agency we wanted so we reached out and got the ball rolling.

Describe the project in detail.

We are an ongoing client so it was easy to schedule this project into one of our monthly calls. We started planning the project back in August and started working on it in September for a January relaunch!

What was the team composition?

They allocated our usual team of resources that work on our account as a client. We also had two other developers get assigned for the sprints that involved the mobile app revisions. Matt, Denisse, and Tom all oversaw the project and we had a SCRUM master assigned to us for the project entirety.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We saw a instant increase in app conversions, especially in the abandoned cart recovery portion. The SEO definitely had an impact as we are scoring much higher now but it will be a few months until we see the true return on the edits. That being said, based off what I have seen I am very, very hopeful!

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Getting used to agile and scrum as a online brand with a big warehouse staff was definitely eye opening. As a recurring monthly client, we were already pretty familiar with the cycle as we moved into this project!

What did you find most impressive about this company?

These guys are organized, they get stuff done on time, and they communicate. We will be continuing service with them this year as our agreement renews.

Are there any areas for improvement?

They do a good job of breaking down technical details but sometimes I still feel lost. I think sometimes they used really good examples to break down something technically complex but sometimes, I had to wait until I saw it to get it. Whether that is a issue on me or on them, I think that having a more visual way to break down what code is doing would be helpful. They did great at conveying the business value of the code they were going through, but as the project is dear to me, it would be nice to understand the code. Albeit, I am not a coder in any way and I feel they really tried to explain things to me until I got them.

We hired Bovsi for their experience in social media advertising and marketing. They met with us and understood we had a clear goal and knew the steps (they call them OKR's) to get there. Working with them, we easily got past the milestone we set out to hit.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to facilitate the launch of a new funnel, social campaign, and social media management to grow a brand that signed on with Flagship. Working with Bovsi, we set out to do over $50,000 in sales in the first week of launch and we successfully went way past that. The launch couldn't have been smoother!

How did you select this vendor?

We know the executives of Bovsi from many of the marketing events / conferences and run into each other at bigger events. We knew their expertise in this space and sought them out for this product launch.

Bovsi facilitated all of our social media, social media advertising, funnel building, business and sales automation, as well as logistics post-sale. They pretty much did a full managed product launch for us.

What was the team composition?

We worked closely with the CEO, CMO, a few members of their social media team and branding team, as well as a graphic designer or two for managing the creative part of the campaigns and funnel.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We set out with an objective of selling $50,000 in product our first week and Bovsi crossed that mark only two days into the campaign

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Their team uses a lot of extra steps like AGILE and OKR's and everything but it actually made the project really well managed and kept me super responsive to the questions they would ask. I liked getting video updates of the project progress as they built out the branding.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I liked their organization and strategy. They thought outside of the box to make a successful and semi-viral campaign.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No, we loved working with Bovsi Studios and will do so again if the right client needs their skillset.

How did you select this vendor?

Bovsi is a top ranked agency here in St Petersburg. The owner frequents a coffee shop next door to our office so we figured it'd be a good match and communication would always be easy.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

All of our databases were migrated and our web design was updated based on our designers specs. We needed to have everything built out very modularly so we could easily update and change it in the future without needing to bother our own developers or hire externally.

What was the team composition?

I worked directly with Matt the CEO. He was our point of contact and account manager and the developers worked beneath him. We never really met with anyone other than Matt.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

With the new design and UX our LTV was impacted significantly and increased by 25%. Will need more data but things overall are going very well.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Everything was documented well and Matt was always a phone call away if I had any questions

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Direct access to CEO as the account manager. Matt is also extremely technical. If we had questions, they were always there to answer.
