Improved Customer Retention: Leverage sentiment analysis to gain actionable insights from customer feedback and optimize user satisfaction. Sentiment Analysis Models: BERT. Data Sources: Our CRM systems, Inhouse SaaS platform, support tickets, social media platforms, and surveys. Visualization: Dashboards for real-time insights using Power BI. Deliverable: POC (Proof of Concept) showcasing measurable improvements in support efficiency and customer satisfaction.
