We engaged Born to help us with our brand strategy (brand architecture, narrative) and also our brand identity (new logo, visual system, colours, fonts, integration with all verticals, voice and tone) and our website design.

Born delivered the work on time and within budget. We have had an exponential increase in brand engagement internally, and the launch of this new, unique and premium brand has set us up for future success and business growth.

The team were incredibly responsive, always. No task was ever too big, the turnaround time for feedback was always quick and the entire project was seamless. The project management was top-notch.

The people at Born are sensational. From our very first meeting I was impressed. They had the creativity, the smarts and the strategic thinking to back it up. Born took the time to properly get to know us, understand our pain points and our vision – they weren’t afraid to delicately challenge us when we needed it, and I’m so glad they did because their strategic approach took this work to the next level. 

From the stakeholder interviews they conducted, to the brand strategy they delivered, our new visual identify and finally our GTM creative – every single phase of this work was flawlessly planned and exceptionally executed. The cherry on top is that David, Jenny and the team are an absolute delight to work with.

Jenny and the team were instrumental in helping us design and strategise a cohesive brand identity that reflected our story and aesthetic. This included defining a clear message and identity accross all platforms, designing a beautiful logo, website, stationary and launching a sucessful event with press.

Working with Jenny was amazing due to communication being seamless throughout the process. She is patient, understanding and a joy to collaborate with. Items were delivered on time always despite my multiple requests for iterations and changing my mind mid-way through the process.

The entire process of working with Born felt like a collaborative project with friends who are really keen to help you and you business suceed which made me feel at ease during a stressful period. They were easy to get along with, professional, and extremely good at what they do. It was reassuring to see the confidence in which the projects were being handled and the discorse that look place throughout it.

We tasked Born with a full-scale rebrand. This included everything from a new logo and brand identity to a brand guidelines document. They delivered a refreshed and thought-provoking brand narrative along with a refreshed brand identity including colour palette, font, imagery, iconography, OOH examples etc... The breadth of the work received was incredible and the standard of assets delivered was better than we could have imagined.

• A suite of assets made available to users, for application across both internal and external communications and all other company documents including the website.

The turnaround time was extremely fast - usually delivering prior to the target date identified at the outset of the project, with online communication prompt and reliable.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Both David and Jenny were extremely genuine and approachable. On our first call, they presented examples of previous client work they had completed which fell within a similar category to our organisation. This immediately made them stand out. This is an incredibly professional team in which it is obvious that a high standard of work is not a 'nice-to-have', but an essential part of who they are.

We were very happy with Born from start to finish.
