• Project Title: Weather Report Application Development
• Project Overview:
  The project aims to develop a comprehensive weather report application for both iOS and Android platforms along with an administrative website for viewing the reports generated. Additionally, an API will be developed to facilitate communication between the applications and the server for retrieving weather data.
• Deliverables:

1. Hybrid Mobile Apps:
   1. Design and development of hybrid mobile applications using React Native.
   2. Cross-platform compatibility ensuring the apps work seamlessly on both iOS and Android devices.
   3. User-friendly interface with intuitive navigation for generating weather reports.
   4. Integration of location-based services based on user’s current location.
   5. Compatibility testing on various iOS and Android devices.
2. Admin Website:
   1. Development of a secure web-based administrative portal for viewing reports.
   2. User authentication and authorization mechanisms for secure access.
   3. Responsive design to ensure usability across desktop and mobile browsers.
   4. Integration with the backend API for data synchronization.
3. API:
   1. Design and development of a RESTful API to serve weather data to the mobile applications and admin website.
   2. Endpoints for retrieving and generating reports and historical data.
   3. Authentication and access control mechanisms to ensure data security.
   4. Implementation of caching mechanisms to improve API performance and reduce server load.
   5. Documentation of API endpoints, request/response formats, and authentication methods.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

This was the phase one of the project, the expected deliverables for this phase were the following:

• iOS and Android mobile apps that are able to create weather reports of different types, attaching an image and a location together with a description.
• Admin website that handles 2 different levels of authentication were you can visualize, sort and filter the reports
• Api that provides everything the two previously mentioned apps need.

They deliver the product just at the time it was expected. And also they response to all the needs and changes we suggest. 

What was your primary form of communication with Bootia?

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The connection with the clients. We were really close with them during the development process and after we finished the implementation of the software. Still now we keep in touch for any concern. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Bootia could have done differently?

No that I occurs to me.
