Scope of work:

• Website that contains About Us, Menu and Contact Us page.
• The website should adjust the User Interface according to screen size automatically.
• Contact Us page must have a "map" that shows the restaurant location on a bigger screen only.
• The website should have Instagram and Facebook button that will navigate the users to social media page of the restauarant
• About Us and Contact Us page must have a "menu button" that takes the users directly to the menu page.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Bootesnull was quick in terms of replying to a message/mail and making a change to the website.

We had a progress meeting after every two days.

It took them 2 weeks to get the website hosted online.

Yes, they deliver the changes on time.
I always got a quick resoponse from them along with a recommendation to the change that I wanted to have on my website.

Our client has a product that sells a variety of goods and services or in simple terms, the business is an offline eCommerce store. I am the marketing lead in the organization.

We noticed offline sales were almost out of trend so we needed an online eCommerce store to stay in the business race. We told BootesNull and the team all the requirements such as Shopping Cart, Payment Gateway, Order Management, Customer Security, Mobile Compatibility, Logistics integration, Communications, and Regular Updates, Content Management Systems, etc. for our eCommerce portal.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

At the beginning of 2021, we started our eCommerce project with them and till the end of the year, our website was ready for launch.

The moment I told them about our requirements, they quickly suggested a lot of great suggestions along with additional features and I really liked it. I would say these guys were very involved throughout the project. In fact, each member of the team was skilled and experienced and that’s how we got our ideal eCommerce website on time. I personally appreciate their efforts and passion.

Well, it wasn’t smooth sailing at all as it looks now. It was quite difficult to make them understand our point of view. However, gradually with time they understood our requirements and delivered in the best manner possible. Lastly, I would say that these guys were highly committed to their responsibilities.

These people even informed us about the status of the project from time to time. In case either I or my team was unable to understand something in the project, then they always tried hard to elaborate nicely until we got it.

From the start of the project and till the end, BootesNull and the team were very responsive. They never fail to reply on time or even in explanation. However, there was a time initially when things seemed difficult but lately, everything went very smoothly with their help. The best part of working with them was they never delay in updating about the project whether it be on slack, skype, Google meet, call, e-mail, Jira, etc.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

There are a couple of things that are: quick response, skills, and industrial knowledge.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Yes, definitely! There is always scope for improvement. For BootesNull, I would say that they should expand their team with similar skilled and experienced staff.
