’m the CEO of the marketing company. We had a request from one of our partners for blockchain development and Boosty Labs helped us to close the deal and develop a project.

For what projects/services did your company hire Boosty Labs, and what were your goals?

We hired Boosty Labs for custom blockchain development. Our goal was to gather all the requirements and develop a crypto wallet for one of the partners.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We had previous experience working with the Boosty team, so we asked to share some relevant cases and decided to go with them.

Our scope of work for Non-Custodial Wallet included Secure Key Storage, Multiple Chains (Ethereum, BSC, Polygon, Avalanche, TRON and Fantom), Swap tokens functionality, DEX Integration, Fiat on/off ramp, NFT view and swap, Auto yield farming, Web and mobile applications and Admin panel.

We used ReactJs for the Frontend part, Golang for the Backend part, and for Mobile we used Flutter. MongoDB was used as a database program.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

As it was a project from scratch, there were 8 people in the team: 2 Senior Frontend developers, 2 Senior Backend developers, Senior Manual QA, DevOps, a Senior UI/UX Designer and a Senior Project manager.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Boosty Labs manager to finish the project within 3 months. We received a vell-tested product, which my partner used for further investments.

As for Project Management, we used Jira and Confluence for documentation. As for methodology we used Scrum and successfully implemented scrum ceremonies and agile practices. All the communication was handled in common channels in Slack.

Boosty Labs has a team of highly experienced professionals. They can always suggest the best ways and practices as they have a significant background working with different technologies.

I'm the CTO of Falco, a web3 gaming publisher that provides blockchain infrastructure for game studios.

We had previously built a Solidity smart contracts SDK for web3 games, and we wanted to port it to Solana.

We reached out to Boosty in order to onboard a developer to work on this solution for us.

Boosty was responsible for aligning with our Solidity team in order to discuss the interfaces and specifications of the SDK, so that game studios could easily integrate NFTs and fungible tokens on their projects.

There was 1 senior developer working closely with our team, participating in our Scrum rituals (planning, daily, and review meetings).

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We were able to finish our Solana SDK for minting NFTs and fungible tokens.

Their project management style was very straightforward. We were able to align the project details with a few meetings and the developer was able to communicate well.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We had direct access and were very keen to provide us with as many resources as we needed in a very fast timespan.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

While the quality of work was great, the developer could have been more proactive in his communication. For some time I was the one asking about his progress, but later he changed his communication style and his work became clearer.

Boosty Labs used the Scram methodology with Agile practices for the development of the project. The team used Jira for management and Confluence for documentation.

The most impressive and important was Boosty Labs' attitude towards the project and the technical expertise of their team.

We are happy with the delivered results. We’ll be happy to renew our collaboration with Boosty Labs.

They were hired to help build our MVP. They were two engineers on a team of ten. They were to take on certain areas of the platform and build with our tech stack.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

My former co-founder selected them after speaking with them. It seems he did so in a rush to find anyone he could without qualifying their technical abilities.

We worked on sprints and would meet once a week for a grooming session. The platform was a loyalty platform.

Two - one front end and one backend.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The outcome would have been do build the product by August. This was not accomplished. In October my cofounder was removed from his position for not making progress in the MVP. I found out after bringing in a new CTO that this was because Hakob and Georgi, members of the Boosty Labs team were not competent and able to complete the project.

I then let the Boosty team know on October 26th. They ignored all messages and told me that it much have been a management issue. We later reviewed the code and found massive, massive issues which rendered their work unusable. If we would not have caught this, it would have broken our entire product.

Not good communication. We use Slack internally. Every team member would write a daily update on what they worked on every day, except for Hakob and Georgi. They refused to do this.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Its honestly impressive how much they charge for such poor quality work. I can't believe they are still in business.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Basically everything. They could have vetted their devs. They could have listened to us when we told them this was poor quality work and that we didn't want to work together anymore. If their developers were bad, that's one thing. But the management team at Boosty is absolutely awful as well.

They wouldn't listen to us after we told them countless times this isn't working. They are now trying to charge us for zero work being done at all for December when I told them in October (and 5 times after that) that this was terrible, terrible work. I think their whole business might actually be a fraud.
