 We needed to create a website with e-commerce capabilities.

What was the scope of their involvement?

 Boostmonitor LLC designed and developed our website. The team integrated product knowledge, payment, and custom functionality. The website also included testimonial videos and test data.

 We worked with two teammates from Boostmonitor LLC.

 I found Boostmonitor LLC through a previous professional relationship that later became a friendship. I chose them for this project because of their technical capabilities, commitment to excellence, and honesty and integrity.

What is the status of this engagement?

 We worked together from May–June 2022. However, we still work with Boostmonitor LLC to make changes periodically.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

 After launching the website, we saw an increase in product recognition, customer interest, and sales orders. We also saw an increase in website traffic and customer inquiries. Before the website launch, we had zero sales, and after the launch, we had dozens of sales.

How did Boostmonitor LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

 Boostmonitor LLC's project management was excellent. The team delivered the website sooner than we anticipated. We communicated via phone and video calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

 Boostmonitor LLC's sensitivity to our needs was impressive. The team was cheerful and attentive to all our demands and desires.

Are there any areas they could improve?

 I can't think of anything for Boostmonitor LLC to improve. The team significantly exceeded our expectations.
