Fabric is a luxury lifestyle and property magazine, capturing all that is best about living in London. Launched 17 years ago, it is distributed to 70,000 households in some of the capital’s most affluent postcodes north of the river.

Through quality editorial rooted in local knowledge, celebrity interviews, fine dining and cutting-edge interior design inspiration, Fabric positions REAP, a consortium of 38 London estate

agents, as the authority in luxury London living. The Fabric ecosystem includes a responsive website, a monthly tablet edition and a strong social media presence. The distribution is highly targeted within each postcode, giving REAP agents and third-party advertisers access to an exclusive, affluent market.

Fabric is a highly efficient lead generator for REAP agents and third-party advertisers. 72% of users agree Fabric is a good source of information and 94% of readers would still read Fabric magazine if they were not buying or selling.

Air Canada commissioned us with creating a fun and engaging platform that would encourage brand loyalty, increase bookings and raise awareness of new destinations, in-flight products and services.

Since its inception in 2013, it has won seven loyalty and gamification awards, and has consistently resulted in a 500% to 800% return on investment for each edition. Additionally, each subsequent program shows tremendous growth

in the number of registered active users, flight bookings, airport visits, and the number of upgrades made. In 2018, the program saw a 41% increase in registrants.

Driving Awareness Through a New Content Program for explora

With the goal of positioning explora as a destination in itself, we created content to spark curiosity and inspire their audience to explore new destinations. The explora content program was also designed to provide its audience with a sense of community and belonging. Content was published on and shared through email, newsletters and social media, organic and paid.

The first social media campaign for explora

generated 46.35% more impressions, 426% more video views and a 243% increase in website traffic than initially estimated (based on industry averages). These results exceeded overall KPIs by 426%.
