I’m an executive of Mobile Wallet Inc. We offer convenient, secure, and accessible mobile money ATMs across Africa.

What challenge were you trying to address with Bond Finance?

We hired them to help us with the Web3 side of our business, including management and marketing. We were very familiar with traditional ATMs, but linking cryptocurrency payments was a new area for us.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Bond Finance provides full management of our Web3 side, including overseeing smart contract development, managing the team, and building a community. They also run our social media pages and build a live and active community around our project.

We started working with them in January 2024, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve secured major partnerships with telecom giant Orange as well as MTN. Bond Finance has also helped us get speaking opportunities at large global events, including Token 2049. They’ve built an active ambassador program with over 100 active members and arranged digital events such as X Spaces.

Overall, they’ve created a thriving online community.Multiple times, we’ve ranked on the GOAT index in terms of mindshare as a result of their efforts on X. Our socials have grown from nothing to thousands of active supporters. We’ve also seen a 600% engagement rate increase on X. Moreover, we’ve participated in four IRL events and 23 digital spaces/AMAs.

How did Bond Finance perform from a project management standpoint?

They deliver on time and are transparent throughout the process in terms of the progress they’ve made on any given task. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Bond Finance feels like an extension of our team, rather than an agency. They’re always there doing something for us and are always available.
